LML will be launching the 110cc Freedom motorcycle, a two-stroke scooter LML NV and a new four-stroke automatic scooter, the Star Automatic which is mainly targeted to male riders.
"We are also planning to come up with 125cc and 150cc motorbikes, apart from the 125cc Unisex scooters and 150cc and above lifestyle scooters" said Partha Sen Chowdhury, head of sales and marketing, LML.
The company currently sells some of its products in Punjab and Delhi and will start focusing on Maharashtra and Gujarat. LML will be adding 12 new dealers in Gujarat and 20-25 dealers in Maharashtra. The LML Freedom and Star Automatic will be sold through 70 showrooms in Delhi and Punjab whereas for Maharashtra and Gujarat, launch is still three months away.
"We are not looking at huge numbers initially, but maybe 50-60 units a dealer per month," Partha Sen Chowdhury added.
