About Turismo Veloce 800
The Turismo Veloce is the adventure-touring model in the MV Agusta lineup. It runs the three-cylinder 798cc motor from the F3 800 but in a different state of tune, at 108bhp and 80Nm. The unique feature of the Turismo Veloce 800 is an auto clutch. There is a clutch lever as well, but the rider can choose either ‘manual’ or ‘automatic’ mode and if the latter is chosen, there is no need to use the clutch, even to stop. There is already nine-level ABS, a ride-by-wire throttle, and an eight-level traction control system. The instrument cluster is a TFT colour display. Features that are expected to be added are satellite navigation, Bluetooth, and a bump in power.
The Turismo Veloce 800 is expected to launch some time this year and compete on specs with the Triumph Tiger 800, although the pricing will be more premium.
