It's having a gear sound problem. That sounds almost feels bad. If anyone rides, they will feel something break in the gearbox while riding
But that sound is common even company also not able to do anything about sound they just ignored that's normal, sound like that

Even I asked the salespeople, they also don't have any idea about the sound.

Before purchasing think 100 time because the service is very pathetic bad experience
I am very upset and wasted my money
The battery is draining and feels like fire at the time of charging and no one has picked up call from the service team or the sales team, RSA team is also not supporting

The bike is good and looks very amazing and I will also recommend buying it, its build quality is more superior to other brands and its battery is made in India and we should all. Support our indian brand it give an ideal range of 100km on single charge and its is best value for money, I should prefer it over ola

Waste of money this bike my personal experience I am purchasing matter bike, not range 60-70 City mode and ECO mode 80 and bike charge time 8 hours,🙁 not using sports mode and to not support staff and matter service centre, do not purchase any customer 😞 I am purchased from matter showroom Adarsh Nagar Delhi.

It's a good bike, riding on it like a ship, and it has many features, and it has many types of cool features and charging time so fast, and the bike goes like a rocket, and every fuel station has EV. Station and everyone can charge their bike easily, and there are many things that I like about the bike, the cluster easily connects with your phone.

This bike is very comfortable and affordable. price bike service is very good and must this mileage, and this service is available at the nearest branch, and good design and seat. This bike good service is long route and short route, and now delivery ke liye bhi acchi hai, aor iske part kafi behtren hai, and light bhi acchi hai

First advantages is that bike is electric bike because of that not required fuel.that bike rate is less and bike battery backup is good .bike useful in city. The battery charging duration is more 5hour it is very more time. bike look is very attractive. bike price is very less. The bike is sufficient because not require daily fuel.

Every time I ride it in the rain, water enters the battery dcu and I have to reach out to service. They changed the battery 2 times in a month but are still afraid to take it out. Not a convenient bike to rely on. I faced problems from day 1. Service is responsive but the bike is not worth. The gear shift is not as smooth as petrol bikes.
