Waste of money this bike my personal experience I am purchasing matter bike, not range 60-70 City mode and ECO mode 80 and bike charge time 8 hours,🙁 not using sports mode and to not support staff and matter service centre, do not purchase any customer 😞 I am purchased from matter showroom Adarsh Nagar Delhi.

Every time I ride it in the rain, water enters the battery dcu and I have to reach out to service. They changed the battery 2 times in a month but are still afraid to take it out. Not a convenient bike to rely on. I faced problems from day 1. Service is responsive but the bike is not worth. The gear shift is not as smooth as petrol bikes.

The range, which they claim is highly false and in reality it only shows/gives 110 km on full charge. Not even 125 km apart from it, the noise bike males are similar to E-rickshaws. Overall, this commuter bike's performance, handling and value for money are good. To the company, please claim the true range.

Best electric bike and feels like we ride on a petrol bike. Most comfortable bike and look wise very good bike and its motor power is very good compared to other electric bikes. The build quality is also very good. I love this bike and this bike is in high demand in the Indian market. Buy this bike and enjoy the ride.

Before purchasing think 100 time because the service is very pathetic bad experience
I am very upset and wasted my money
The battery is draining and feels like fire at the time of charging and no one has picked up call from the service team or the sales team, RSA team is also not supporting

It's really a good experience with a test drive, it looks heavy and bulky, as I was used to driving Honda 110. I am planning to purchase this as I like the overall look of this bike. They are claiming a lifetime battery warranty, so it's a good part. Let's hope for the best result on the road after purchase.

I have not seen this type of bike, let's ride and see what happens then the gap of next month should be more important to the cost and coding happy to see it in India and want to go on a long ride with my girlfriend. she is happy on the ride with me and enjoys it on the back side of the bike.
