Mahindra Scooters

Mahindra was founded in 1945, but its automobile division came into existence later when it acquired a licence to assemble Willys Jeeps. Its buyout of Kinetic Motors in 2008 was its entrance to the two-wheeled market. As such, it inherited designs and technologies that Kinetic had acquired from Italjet and it has partnered with SYM and Engines Engineering to develop products. At the time of writing, it sells four scooter models: three of them displacing 125cc and one displacing 110cc.
