Style good looking - better than access & activa, stylish key, adjustable seat is a new and it is very effective.

Engine performance, fuel economy and gearbox very low sound of engine, before first service - i got 45 kmpl.

Ride quality & handling very comfort riding & handeling.

Final words i like it very much.

Areas of improvement storage capicity under seat is not so much.

Engine performance, fuel economy and gearbox very smooth engine ..No noise frm the engine after riding for long time and getting millage of 52 with the speed of 40 to 60 kmpl.

Ride quality & handling very comfortable to ride in traffic.Easy to indicate the scooter in large parking lot, with large mirrors getting a clear view of vechiles coming behind,very good seat height adjustable system.

Final words best scooter for comfortable riding and millage ..For the price of 59,526 on road @ domlur(bangalore).

Respected sir/madam,

it is with great dissapointment that i am writing to you that after buying a mahindra gusto and completing a year i fail to find spare parts of the bike in the local market. My mahindra gusto's spark plug develeoped a snag and had to be replaced and searching for a mahindra spark plug has been a futile case. Every vendor at grant road and even the authorised service center has failed to provide me a genuine spark plug. Gusto owners have no choice left but to opt for bajaj pulsars spark plug as they are the most similiar and in this case the performance suffers and my vehicle lacks smooth acceleration and pickup. It has been a sheer dissapointment and lack of after sales service on your part. If the situation does not improves consumers might shift back to other vehicles. Style ok but outdated compared to others, body pannel quality is poor it brakes near seat key hole if parked in sun, front pocket quality is very poor.

Engine performance, fuel economy and gearbox poor, it makes sound after 1000 km, there is some ratteling sound in the engine, braking is poor.

Ride quality & handling no pickup with two on gradient, can not pickup on gradient with 2 persons riding as compared to other 110 cc scooters.

Final words very bad product quality of pannels material, need freequent care to maintain

areas of improvement pickup on gradient, improve engine sount after 1000 km, weight should be reduced. I will not recammend.

Final words purchased mahendra gusto vx 15 days back as advertised mileage is 63kmpl but in fact mileage is only 30 kms after 1st free service started giving mileage of 20 kmpl. Nobody is bothered even after repetitive request to the show room.

We had asked for a brand new latest mahindra gusto.

The following is what we got on 2nd feb 2016 :

- vehicle manufactured in november 2014.

- Seat height adjuster missing.

- Incorrect light connections.

- Wire cut near front tyre.

- Oil leakage.

- Petrol leakage.

- Engine over-heating.

- Handle lock issue.

- Handle jam during driving of vehicle.

- Old tyre.

- Noise in front panel.

- Gusto with no mahindra logo.

- Faulty mirrors.

- No instruction sticker below the handle.

- Matt black color faint.

- Old buttons with no indication labels on it.

- Old side stand.

- The hook cover below the seat not fitted.

- Tool kit missing.

- First-aid kit missing.

- Old silencer with fade color and lots of stains.

- No pdi done.

- Mahindra two wheelers people will not help you at all.

- Nor replace youe vehicle.

- When asked for replacement they will teach you the law in the manual saying " manual states the vehicle will be repaired not replaced ".

But, i guess they have not gone through the complete manual where it states :

1. Mahindra two wheelers gives the following warranty in respect of all new mahindra gusto manufactured at their works.

2. The vehicle is sold after pre-delivery inspection.

3. The vehicle is sold only after no defects are found during the pdi.

No pdi done for my vehicle, no new vehicle sold to me !!!!

we are thinking to file a case in consumer court again this to get justice!!!!!

I purchased it on oct 2015 for my daily uses , look is good but after three months it given problems at the time of self start. I inform the service center they told me this is not a problem every scooter has a such a type of problems try three four times it should be start. The engine has work stopped at the running condition & many times god save me from run over. After complain lodge to mahindra customer care their engineers check my vehicle & found the cdi is defficetive they change it but after five months my vehicles again stopped when i call their service person they said your cdi is faulty & you have to change it neither your vehicle can't start again.No other vehicle in the market or in my society has not such a type of problems.I fade up .That means i have to change cdi two times every year and the cost is rs. 1500.00 Per pcs.

I bought it in 2015 and in the long drive it gave 50 km/l recently. But its give only 25 km/l due to servicing problems value for money. It's running smooth and good. All the features are good but the servicing terrible. The dealer didn't concentrate on service issues. If the servicing time to time done good then this scooter does not get trouble. I have been facing many problems due to bad servicing.

Looks wise this isn't that great looking bike, but performance wise not scooter can even come close matching in this segment category.4. Servicing was little hard for me because i have to travel 8km away from my home to reach the authorised service centre, maintenance is great nothing much to worry.5. Solid engine with great performance and very comfortable ride quality and amazing thurst. Cons, very few service centres available and the mechanics are not even properly trained on most of things they need to take help from companies engineer who at times visit service centres.
