I booked from paytm i received cash back of 5000rs that was great experience, riding and pick up is very good and very smooth ,spacious leg room, looks wise from front look very awesome compare to any another scooter, performance is very good till now didn't face any issues or break down, maintenance very minimum, servicing is good but if we have more outlets would have been much more better, overall i am enjoying till now without any issues....

1. Price is good when we compared to other company
2. Very smooth in the city and off-road due to suspension with its weight.
3. Booking is very simple thought online and offline.
4. Genuine part is always available online and from the dealer but technology is a very advanced and upgrade-able tyre and light.
5. Best scooty for me till today
The mileage is very good.
I have good experience in Mahindra from 2012 till 2022 oct.

Powerful yet needed many issues to be solved

I am sure that those who owned it have a great experience of pick-up and unshakable smooth riding at top speed as well.
But the bad part of this scooter is you can't even get the exact problem when it needs maintenance.
still I kept it because it has no good resale value at least. but it's really a powerful scooter.

1 although mahindra offers great value for money ,but only on papers .
2 riding experience is good with great pickup ,only the single advantage in scooter
3 looks are now improved as compared to duro , now engine it is very difficult to find spare parts , troubles a lot
4 no one dare to open such scooter don't know why ,a lot of difficulties faced due to mahindra
5 pros - good pickup
Affordable
Cons - resale value
Spare parts
Not easy to repair for mechanics
Costly maintenance
Ugly looks

The worst buying, riding experience. Had a lot of technical issues in the bike. I had to make a lot of trips to the service centre to rectify the problem in spite of this the problem re surfaced again and again. Had to complain to the service centre several times to take it seriously. After 2 months of roaming to service centre. They finally solved the problem and the bloody service engineer was very abusive.
The mileage is very low.

1.Buying experience is poor
4.Servicing and maintenance is also poor
the bike had a lot of technical issues. I had to complain twice and they took 2 months to resolve my problem. It had silencer problem. It used to make a lot of noise like an old bike. The dealer where i bought was very rude. When i asked to rectify my problem he neglected and refused to rectify it. I had to call the customer care to rectify my problem. They even troubled me a lot just to issue a service manual. Really regret buying it.
