I have had this scooter since 2014. Traveled more than 80 kms, not only inside Bangalore, several times I have traveled to Mysore. Good pickup, no issues except minor issues sometimes. I think if serviced properly its a worth for money. The only thing is we should get a good mechanic for service. All in all good experience so far.

I had buy a suzuki let's on 2015, after that faced lot of issue like wiring failure 2 times ,front shock tube failure 2 times , mileage issue several times, choke cable replace, odometer cable replace, accelerator cable replace, complete switches replace in several times, etc etc....I am totally disappointed, now it is waste.I spend more than 20,000 for maintenance only. Please do not buy this.

I had read some review about suzuki let's before i purchase it. One person wrote his experience that " this bike make too much noise in the engine and also no proper answer from dealer when he raised the problem to the dealer, " and also some major complaint about it. i thought in my mind that it may be regarding some manufacturing error may occurred. In my case the engine sound after three month looks like, very very old bike sound.I too raised the same problem to the service engineer, he humiliated me that engine means it will make sound only. The answer is not much responsible.Self start not working. Service people told that battery is too weak. We will replace it by using warranty. Only fifteen days passed. Kicker is not functioning properly. Battery also not reached till now. Each and every component completely looks like one time use.....Very worst performance.....

During the purchase on march of 15 it cost me around 60k. Till purchase, i don't know how to ride a scooty . But it's low pickup made it easy for me and i learned it on same day. Easy for fast learing. My dad was advising me for activa . But it's look was amazing it looks like a bird. Also it has the same performance like engine capacity, mileage, (more rpm) .I got five service free on suzuki service centre. My scooty till never made me in trouble. Pros: Amazing look, suspension, performance, low pickup for beginners makes it easy for you. Cons: There is only one that it sounds louder.

I have never filled air in tyres till purchase(more than 4 years). It still look like new. It runs like new. You have to change it's engine oil in every 6 month.

The buying experience was lot better than expected the showroom staff were quite friendly and was skilfully explaining each and every aspect of the scooter. From the first day the scooter gave me pleasure in riding and as i have ridden many other scooters i can say that it's the most easy scooty to ride and control. The looks of the scooter are fantastic and i have the metallic grey colour for which you will surely fall for. The performance of the scooty is good as it has a top speed of 93 as tested by me and also a fuel efficient of 50kmpl. The scooty servicing is also cheap and the pros of the scooter is it's light weight and control.

Overall it is ok. Good shape, but no compromise in engine power. A good family friend. Comfort travel if it is husband, wife and two kids. Available in amazing colours. Slim one sick helps to drive through heavy traffic smoothly. But service is not so good. Mileage needs to be set occasionally. Only 80 marks can be given our of 100.
