  • Amazing burgman ..

    1. Bought the bike in Sri anagha showroom in Mangalore, the experience was smooth and to the point. Got the vehicle for a test drive, and the feel and the comfort experienced on the bike were amazing. The paperwork, payment, and delivery went smoothly, got the bike a few days after paying the booking amount.
    2. Riding experience has been amazing so far, have also taken slightly long rides between Mangalore/Bantwal/Moodbidri and Karkala. Had to add a pillion backrest for the comfort of the pillion during these rides. However, after a year, when I moved to Bangalore with the vehicle, I found that the seat cushioning was not enough to absorb the ups and downs of Bangalore orr. Hence had to also get additional cushioning done following which potholes have been no issues for me or the pillion. Also, i am 6'4" tall, and this vehicle has enough seat height and leg room in the front for my long legs to be comfy and safe.
    3. I feel the vehicle stands out in terms of looks, which is one of the reasons I bought the Burgman. It's beautifully crafted and designed. The engine so far has not given any major issues. With regular maintenance, the vehicle performs really well. I have not really checked the mileage i get with this vehicle. The top speed i have reached on this is around 90 kmph riding solo on a highway, but that is with a lot of strain, it can easily cruise at 70 to 75 kmph any day.
    4. Servicing experience has been a breeze both at Mangalore Anagha showroom and in Bangalore at Aryan motors. The service usually takes 5 to 6 hours and costs during paid service are around 800 to 1000 INR, unless there are some additional replacement consumables charges for parts that are not covered in the warranty.
    5. Pros: overall great vehicle, good handling, excellent looks, awesome ownership experience so far. Very good especially for tall riders.
Cons: needs better cushioning on the seats and also if the rear tires were slightly bigger like we get in Ntorq and Aprilla it would really make this vehicle stand out and be different from the rest.

Suzuki Burgman 125 cc I bought just one day earlier and done with 42 kms. I found the bike bends to right side while riding and whole weight or pressure falls on right hand and also it is observable the handle head it not fitted symmetrically to scooter body, it is fitted towards right and it's from showroom itself, found on other bikes too present there. It's painful. Dealer is saying this is the design of the product . Poor company Suzuki never buy this product.

  • Great scooter to seek attention

I own this bike since 2 month and i must say ride quality and grip is superb compared to brand honda and its all range of scooters and maybe other brands too. Chassis and engine is basically same as access 125 but burgman weighs 8kg more than access . I love the space beneath the seat which is highest in its class. Ride height is high and seats are wide which dont tire your long trips. Headlight is bright enough being led even in low beam unlike honda grazia which is very dim . Mileage is decent in its class . Build quality of plastics is quite better than other comparing scooters like honda grazia and tvs ntorq .Point of dis appointment is low and overall scooter grows on you. While riding i noticed the handle without headlight weight actually gives it more control unlike traditional activa type which is heavy to move in fast traffic. 12v socket for cell phone charging spot is quite hideous and shuts with handle but only problem is it would have been better with safety key lock like storage beneath seat. When i bought this scooter people dint knew which scooter it was , i was gathered by crowd wherever i stop other than my home . Two of my friends just bought it being so attractive.Pros:Very attractive.Great ride even with lots of potholes.Known chassis of reliable access 125.Lots of storage capacity beneath seat and even below handle bar storage is great with 12v outlet Cons :Price is premium. Doesn't suit for olderly person above 45 yrs. 12v socket area storage must have got lock for safety in case you forget your cell phone while charging.

Buying experience was amazing. The showroom staff was great with the delivery and all the other stuff.I got the delivery on the launch day itself and since than its been an amazing riding experience. Although a lot of people will say it's the scooter as access but trust me when you'll start riding it you'll see the difference. I'm 6'1 and for me its a pretty comfortable scooter. And when it comes to road presence it's surely has a big one. From school going kids, to college going students everyone from every age group has atleast asked me once about this scooter. And everyone has a positive attitude towards its design and road presence. In terms of performance, it's zippy, nimble and what a scooter needs to be. In terms of mileage i'm getting around 48-50 kmpl as per my usage and riding style. The scooter is refined as butter no vibes at all. I feel if this scooter could have a bit more pull at the start it would have been a flawless scooter in terms of performance. I'm done with my first service and the experience of service was amazing. I've got my oil replaced and it costed me around 260 rs, which is pretty nominal considering the price point of the scooter. Except that haven't had any other maintenance issues. Pros -Amazing styling and road presence Butter smooth engine Pretty nimble Low maintenance Quite spacious for tall people Storage is ample in the scooter Mileage is great Cons -Accessories are not readily available Rear tyre looks a bit small (but functions perfectly normal no issues with that).

Buying experience was very pleasant. Staffs in pai sales, udupi are very friendly and informative. I was a critic for the looks of this scooter, but after comparing with almost all other scooters in market this "man" convinced me by saying " i may look disproportionate but i will perform well and i can take you long distance and also will listen your words while riding, i am less thirsty."Looks:1. Bulky from front and rear, it looks stunning in matt bourdex red paint scheme. But that skinny rear wheel is bit of a eye soar.2. Led headlamps looks beautiful and is very bright.3. Instrument cluster and switches are of beautiful.4. Handle bars are designed so intelligently that it gives the feel of a premium bike.Pros:1. Comfort is the biggest pros of this scooter.2. Handling and performance is top notch.3. Build quality is very good, feels so premium.4. Mileage is good.5. Seats are well cushioned.6. Suspension setup is bit hard on the front but does its decently.7. Braking is good and has the good stopping distance.Cons:1. Features are less compared to the competitors. 2. Even though the quality of the body material is good there are some panel gaps visible.3. That skinny rear wheel is an eye soar, but will never feel that while riding.4. Pricing is bit on the higher side and it don't justifies that premium feel other than its looks. Conclusion: 1. If you want to enjoy long ride with best mileage figure 2. If you are looking for the refined engine.3. If you care about pillion comfort.4. If you want premium bike like feel. Then you can definitely buy burgman street 125.

  • Amazing burgman ..

    Anish Dsouza
