Smooth Riding

James R

This bike is very helpful to go fast and smooth, once you use it, you won't want to use another bike. It can go at a maximum speed of 120 km and gives an average mileage of 42 km, There is a battery problem, the LED meters are a bit small and it would be better if the rear seat was higher. Overall a good bike

Positives & Negatives

Let's start with a few positives.
It gives awesome performance compared to any other bikes in this price & CC segment. Above average mileage of 35-40 and a bass-y exhaust. Looks are another thing to talk about and reliability is Honda's expertise. Quite lightweight and easy to manoeuvre for city rides and comfortable for long tours. No vibrations at high speed at all and packed with features with Bluetooth connectivity.
Servicing costs a decent amount and not many Bigwing showrooms and service centres around. Little bit disappointed in the suspension and the long gearing ratio is frustrating at times.

Pros:
Mileage: Your Honda CB350 provides a mileage of approximately 35 kilometers per liter, which is commendable.
Vibration-Free Riding: The bike offers a smooth and vibration-free riding experience at speeds below 120 kmph, enhancing comfort.
Smooth Riding: Overall, the riding experience on your CB350 is smooth, contributing to a pleasant journey.
Tall Gear Shifting: The gear shifting mechanism on your bike is tall, which may offer precise and comfortable gear changes.
Reliability: After owning the motorcycle for three years, you haven't encountered any significant errors or malfunctions, highlighting its reliability.
Cons:
High Service Cost: The cost of servicing your Honda CB350 is relatively high, which may impact maintenance expenses.
Fast Depletion of Disk Pads: The disk pads on your bike wear out quickly, potentially leading to frequent replacements and increased maintenance costs.
Limited Service Centers: The availability of service centres for the CB350 is limited, which could pose challenges for maintenance and support.
Shock Absorber Performance: The rear shock absorber could be improved with a gas-charged shocker, suggesting that the current setup might not offer optimal suspension performance.
Chain Sprocket Wear: The chain sprocket wears out relatively quickly, as it needed replacement at 16,000 kilometers.
Handle Wobbling Issue: Some riders have experienced front handle wobbling issues, indicating a potential concern with the bike's stability or steering mechanism.
Overall, while the Honda CB350 offers several positive attributes such as mileage, smooth riding experience, and reliability, there are also areas for improvement, particularly regarding maintenance costs, component durability, and service availability. It's essential to consider these factors when evaluating the overall ownership experience of the motorcycle.

My bike is just one month old I'm happy with the bike, riding is very smooth, mighty performance, and comfortable. I'm not facing any wobbling as of now and getting 40 mileage 1st service completed with 2200. I felt the heating issue sometimes. It has a brake pad issue I think. The mirrors are not wide enough. Some storage space could be given

Amazing Bike. Best for Other Competitive

The buying experience was great.
I'm thin built, 5 feet 10 inches. Weight 98 kg
1. Looks wise it is very appealing.
2. Riding: it loves cruising, not racing or accelerating faster. It has more of its power in 3rd gear.
3. Exhaust sound: at low rev, it's a smoother, crisper version of a bullet, and at high revs, it's like an interceptor.
4. Shock-ups: it easily soaks the potholes, but one feels the bumps and humps underneath may need to adjust shock-up settings.
5. Seats are very comfortable. I installed the bucket seat later as a part of comfort customization.
6. It requires noticeable gear changes in traffic. But the smooth clutch makes it easy.
7. I get a mileage of 33-34 and I am happy with it.
8. The ride is wonderful and gives confidence at turns and corners. I had just 1 short tour of around 110 km. And it was very peaceful to ride. Easily cruises around 100-110 km/hr.
9. The front mudguard would have been a little wider and lengthy. it was too small on the first version, though in 2023 models it's extended but still fell short.
10. Have to wait for 30-40 seconds when the engine starts, so that it warms up better just like an old bullet.
I would definitely recommend this bike. One can definitely modify it here and there and at the heart is the Honda engine with reliability and smoothness.
