Buying experience- It was hassle free. Paper work and accessories installation not take more then 30 minutes.Riding experience-Grazia is powerful scooter. Breaking is nice you can easily control scooter on high speed. But be careful on speed breakers or other bumpy roads. Because suspension of grazia is need to improve.Servicing-Honda is holding scooter market from long time,they have experienced people's which will help you very well.Pros-1. Look is awesome 2. People will notice this scooter on road because of eye catcher design 3 lots of advance feature like led light,front charging point, fully digital speedometer.Cons-1. Suspension could be better. You will easily fall on bumpy road. 2. Made with all plastic one small fall and get ready to pay thousands on it.3. Plastic is used on the scooter is low quality on front charging pocket.4. Boot space is low.5. Average is not more then 45 kmpl. 6. Be careful led headlight is just a show peace, not done its job well in night.7. There is lots of options available in market( tvs ntorq, jupiter,suzuki, hero) which providing better build quality on less price then grazia.

Hello, I have bought this scooter 3 years ago &its mileage is around 40-45 kmpl. The parts of the scooter vibrate, create noise, etc. Its riding comfort and pickup are really good & also maintenance costs are good. This scooter is not for those who like mileage, splendor &other bikes' mileage are more than a comparison to this, if you're buying this for riding comfort, pickup, looks, engine capacity, etc. then go ahead it's for you.

Buying experience and product quality: Horrible experience with saphire honda from the time i walked into the showroom this is j. P. Nagar 2nd phase bangalore. Arrogance and total neglect. Trouble started when we (gifted to my wife) took the deliver. It did not start, only choke brought it to life hardly driven for 200 meters - day 2 wife dropped my daughter to college only 1 km scooter stalls midway! thinking agency may have not filled the petrol she pushed it to nearby petrol station and filled the petrol tank total km only 2. Day 3 her mother was getting admitted to hospital for complex surgery only travel only 100 meters, this scooter stalls again luckily in front of the gate! service centre came and "kick" started and told that we have put "too" much petrol, and did tell "ladies sir, they get panicky" i have to tell them my wife drives tata safari, tata indigo and also kinetic honda! during this period i am talking to someone from saphire honda. Day 4 this scooter gets stalled again after travelling 100 meters in front of my daughter's school all these in vicinity of my residence. I did not let my wife drive this scooter to see her mom at the hospital that is around 16km, that is the confidence it had given. Now honda regional office and saphire honda are telling me it is our problem and it cannot be taken back because "we are bonded" due to government registration with this scooter! god save us i am so scared now!! When i now read reviews from other post in this website, i am convinced it is a model problem - design and manufacturing defect! those who have given positive feedback, i really wonder are they so lucky driving it or....!!! never in my life (49 years) i have had this experience! tata safari, petrol station once over-filled the tank, only problem the indicator showed "empty" got little scared but saw no diesel leakage so knew there is nothing wrong after driving 2 km it showed "full" indian car ....Honda japanese! i am also joked at my office as i own Indian brand, tata treats you like "taxi driver" when you go to their service centre! now i got an experience of international brand...Honda! well, i have been driving premier padmini some 30 years back never ever i had this type of experience with brand new vehicle!!!

Honda grazia scooter is very good vehicle it is starting problem and vibration also and this scooter mileage is not good as a hero pleasure and the mileage is 40-45 kpl, if and only if you ride at a speed of 30-50 kpm. Going beyond 50 kpm the mileage drop tremendously. If you ride at 60 - 65 kpm the mileage will be less than 10 kpl. When i told this to honda service people, they asked me to drive between 30-50 kmp, like it was solution. You need to start the bike with choke always as it won't start, "that's how bs4 engine bikes are" commented and argued by servicing guys.If you are going by looks yes, honda grazia is the bike for you. If you looking performance wise - a big nope pros: - just that the bike got looks, can't argue with that cons:- poor mileage if you drive beyond 50 kmp- use of choke is mandatory to start the bs4 engine- bike vibrates not on high speed but on low speed (massage free with the bike)- daytime use bike. Light not bright to view the streets at night. - along with the bike you will also get servicing guys who will argue that you should drive in economy mode (30-50 kmp) to get the company promised mileage, vibration free and good performance.

The head light of this scooter is just latest it is defer from other regular scooter. The mobile charging facility is also very nice. Ignition system and seat opening system of this scooter is also latest from other regular scooter of its category.

Everyday i am facing self start problem.Headlight not good for night riding.Mileage under 40 kmpl Braking system good Under seat small space Bad suspension Overall buying experience was worst Not at all helpful for night rides and in addition it is very dangerous to use for night rides because led lights are not all supporting long view so that we can't get to know the even the direction of road. Material quality used for the bike is cheap and fitting is very loose.I recommend not to buy this just based on appearance.

Riding experience is excellent, i rode my 1st long ride of 220 kms, where i constantly ride on 75-80 kmph on highway quite smoothly.3. Looks fantastic unbeatable design performance as mentioned above is exceptional.4. Durga honda's service is fantastic, but sales active utkal honda is poor in service.5. Pros:- A) reliable smooth honda engine with power.B) unbeatable unique design.C) combi breakD) mobile charging socket.E) seat opening switch.Cons:-A) no dicky light B) ignition switch gives starting problem C) sliding mobile in charging box isn't easy.D) handle racers has been repaired in my friends grazias & now i am feeling tight handle too.

Actually i bought honda grazia on august 24 2018. I got 79000/- on road price. I regret for buying this because of faulty suspension. Whenever i sit on this i feel like on stones. My bum gets pain and even my back every ride. So that i complained on website i got a call and went to service centre. When i said this the problem they said that problem is only for u no one had get those problems while riding and off-course he said i will check give me sometime and he asked to wait for 10 mins and after 1/2 hr he came hesitantly said sir there is back suspension problem we get that change for the warranty on the scooter. After that they changed and its good. Even the front telescopic suspension is also stiffer i even asked for front suspension replace they said to wait for some time. And also they said sir company is not giving warranty on suspensions u are asking to change even front. The service manager changed his words at first company will give suspensions he said while rear suspension replacement now he was saying like that i felt bad. For 79000 i got bloody suspension scooter that gives pain to my body. Build quality is bad, brakes are good. But very slippery means while riding in sand or water the front disc easily goes out of control. Led should be much better. Vibrations up to first 10kmph and after 70kmph. Ride quality is bad though it had bad suspension. Eco speed indicator is meaningless or useless the light will glow when u maintain speed 30-50kmph. I don't understand how honda is such big company with low quality measures.For this price u can get ntorq that has very good in all areas.

Where the salesmen were careless, disrespectful, cheap and had zero communication skill. 2) riding experience was quite comfortable and easy to manoeuvre in the traffic.3) looks are pretty damn cool and edgy especially the headlight make you stand off from the rest. But i didn't like the finish at few places. There are a few flaws in the quality control. performance is good if your riding solo, but with a pillion the acceleration and the braking do lag a bit even though having a disc brakes with combi braking system the vehicle has no bite at all so i highly insist not to go above 50kmph when you ride with a pillion.4) servicing and maintenance there are no problems. Maintenance cost is quite reasonable.5) pros:- good look, good mileage, all digital instrument cluster, led headlights, telescopic forks, good handling, comfortable riding posture.* cons:- braking system, all fiber body, quality control, there are engine starting issues, under seat storage could have been much bigger if the fuel cap was placed outside and refuelling could have been much easier.
