I bought an electric scooty eight months ago and I am extremely dissatisfied. Not only is the battery malfunctioning, but the tire has also developed a dangerous bubble. These issues, along with the previously mentioned wobbling, have made the ride uncomfortable and risky. To make matters worse, the customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing this product due to its unacceptable quality and lack of support.

The scooter comes with a peak riding range in economy mode and in performance mode. When riding in the latter, the scooter can reach a pretty solid riding speed which makes it one of the best-performing electric scooters in the market.

Poor service, a poor quality bike, and long waiting for the battery replacement and any other services. Don't buy this product.
It takes a month-long to get the battery replacement and also the digital meter.
It only gives the range of 38 kms against 55kms as per the company promise. The reason they provide is for the double seat the range reduces to 40kms.
