Rc 200 is very powerful machine in the segment 200 cc. Service cost is mid range. Riding experience is sporty type. Looks &performance is very good. All is good but seating position is very aggressive. Is very good condition bike. Heating issue is medium better than bs4 version. Mileage is upto 30+.

I bought this bike 1.5 years ago, it was i gift from dad to me, in 1st week only i gave it for service as i completed 1050km in 1st week.

Its a fun bike to ride you can ride it for 6-7 hours comfortably if you are above 5.10 feet. Your pillion won't be comfortable for long ride due to its super-sport riding position. Its seat is some what hard but you can fix it by addition cushioning

Its looks are the best part of it, its surely a head turner bike, it has best performance among 200cc motorbike available in market now, you can easily cruise on 100-120 with minimal amt. Of vibration on foot pegs,

It gives 3 free services, and then 550 per service, in 2nd service you need to change fluids which will cost around 2400inr, accidents will cost you much but if you have insurance then don't worry you can change parts which are not damaged with by convincing the workshop manager. You need to change tyre after 16000-20000km as per your use, if you do lots of burnouts and skids you can burn them under 10000km also,

You get best bike with your 200k inr it give projector headlamp led tail and side lights, alloy wheels, fully digital displays with hell lot of information and small capacity track bike you can leaning on corners on this bike,

Rc200 is recommended over 390 for city use as it doesn't heat as quickly as 390.

Its a very good low segment sports bike.. If you want performance merged with sexy looks and edges.. Go for the ktm200... I love everything about this bike as response from this beast is worth of every penny you put on.. All in all best bike of the 200 segment....The servicing of the ktm is rather good but... I seem it was too costly...

I've bought my ktm rc200 on 31st November 2016. And i'm loving her from the day i was dreaming. I love to ride my bike more than a car. As the ktm peoples are always give you good service. Whenever i ride her. It feels amazing. As everyone knows about ktm brand. And rc is always way more eye catching than a duke. About servicing and maintenance it will cost around 3500rs at paid service. And ktm always gives you a good service.

Ktm is known for its built quality and locks the ktm rc 200 is one of the best small cc sports machine but if we come on the daily commute it disappoints as it has a very aggressive styling which is important for a sports bike for all it is the best bike for racing beginners and for college students.

I own 2016 ktm rc 200

my experiences -

1.Looks : amazing looks , resembles a brute.

2.Reliability : very reliable. Only time i visited the service center was to lube the chain. (You must check the chain slack and lube the chain for every 500 kms )

3.Performance : mind-blowing acceleration , hits the 136 kmph mark in no time and that's the max the bike can go. The brakes are very precise and the steel braided lines offer good feedback . The tyres provides good grip on dry roads , on the wet they do work fine but can be a bit nervous . Mileage in city - 30kmpl & 39-40 kmpl on highway.

4.Comfort : the bike is comfortable for long rides as well as city rides . But the same cant be said for pillions as the seat is pretty small and uncomfortable even in the city. This can be very disturbing to rider if the pillion is not comfortable.

5.Serving experience : good service networks and spares are also easily available . Cost of spares are pretty decent as it is a premium quality sports bike.

Pros : value for money bike

cons:

1. The horn : it sounds really sick and is very feeble once you cross 40kmph .

2. Pillion seat : its small and very uncomfortable .

2. Ohh !! the feel when you ride this beast. Just speechless. Real biking feel.

3. It has got a style. Performance is undoubtedly superb. Seating is not so easy. Not a daily commute bike.

4. The first n foremost thing is servicing. The power,performance everything depends upon servicing your bike on-time. Maintenance is higher than that of normal bikes out there.

5. Pros- power, performance, style, best racing bike on budget one can get. Low cost branded bike. Suitable for any generation.

Cons- high maintenance bike. Seating is not so comfortable.Mileage is low as compared to other 220 cc racing bikes. Ground clearance is less. Best suited for plain grounds.
