Hey riders, just got my Adv 250 delivery last month on March 3rd 2026 till now I've ridden it around 2.069kms and the experience is pretty amazing compared to the last bike i had a Duke 200.
1)The bike has a unique road presence first of all an eyeball catcher.
2)Stability, suspension and features fit n finish quality is superb. Especially the rear monoshock soaks all the city bumps without any hassle.
3)Major taking point is the 249cc lc4conc engine weight to power ratio is on the ok side don't expect the same behaviour as an NS or duke, Adv250 has its own character. But Mileage is pretty good in city conditions and if you maintain/cruise around 80-100s on the highways, I've got 36 km/h (tank to tank basis)
4) Ample space of pillon and saddle bags.
5)Apollo tyres are very sticky once and grippy.
Only cons is the seat is on the firm side, which could me uncomfortable for long rides.

I have been owning the KTM 250 Adventure since July 2025, and in just 7 months I have ridden almost 11,000 km. My bike, lovingly named “KAY-T”, has been an amazing companion for both city rides and weekend adventures. Overall mileage I am getting is around 37 kmpl, which is quite impressive for an adventure motorcycle in this segment.
The riding posture is one of the best things about this bike. The seating position is upright and very comfortable, giving great confidence on highways as well as off-road trails. Though the seat is not the best for long touring, I can still manage around 400 km in one stretch without major discomfort. There are slight vibrations between 5000–5500 rpm, but above that range the engine feels smooth and vibrations are hardly noticeable.
The TFT display is a standout feature and the connectivity system is much better compared to competitors like RTX, Suzuki and Yezdi. The quickshifter works extremely smoothly and enhances the riding experience. Off-road capability is surprisingly good — you don’t feel like you’re riding a beginner ADV.
The plastic quality could be better, and I personally feel the company should offer cruise control and traction control in future updates. The color scheme options are average, but I absolutely love the white color of my bike.
I bought it before the price cut at around ₹3.06 lakh, but at the current price it is definitely a value-for-money motorcycle. Service experience has been very good and maintenance is affordable.
Overall, the KTM 250 Adventure is a complete package for someone who wants performance, technology, comfort, and off-road ability in one bike. Totally worth buying!

Unbelievable bike of all time. I ride this bike 1900 km, and I never feel any issue or something. The problem that I face is it's vibration, not to much but it has a vibration issue. Under 115 kmph the bike is totally fine, but if you push your bike above 115, you feel the vibration issue. Otherwise this is the best bike. I push my bike up to 149 kmph, I don't feel any issue except vibration, it's not a problem. KTM low cc bike has a vibration issue because of a single cylinder, or what I don't know exactly.

Good: Very good handling, it's a sportsbike in adventure form. Display is very good, visibility and positioning is good.
Okay: seat is firm will get used to it. Can get 30 milage in city and upto 35 if kept under triple digit speeds.
Wind buffet starts from 75kmph.

Bad: Rear suspension is super hard, especially in lower speed it will be always jumpy. You have to stand up for slightest of road patches.
The brakes are terrible, especially the front one. It seems like it will stop, but will always be short. You will end up panic-braking.
Vibrations are present in everywhere, handlebars and footpegs are the worst. You will end up in numb hands in 20mins and tingling feet in 40mins.

Note: The 390 tends to heat up in traffic. If most of your riding is in the city, the 250 is a better choice.
