Kawasaki has announced the launch of the 2022 Z900 in the Indian market. The motorcycle is available in a single variant and one colour option – Metallic Spark Black. The changes are limited to the paint scheme of the motorcycle. The rest of the features, styling cues, and specifications remain identical to the previous version of the naked roadster.
The Japanese naked roadster benefits from Kawasaki's Sugomi styling with a hunched down stance. The design comprises a low-slung headlamp, muscular fuel tank, and a raked tail section. The motorcycle packs in features such as full-LED lighting and a Bluetooth-enabled 4.3-inch colour TFT display.
The mechanical specifications remain unaltered, and the 2022 Kawasaki Z900 retains a BS6-compliant 948cc, inline four-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that delivers 123.6bhp of maximum power at 9,500rpm and 98.6Nm of peak torque at 7,700rpm. This motor is linked to a six-speed gearbox. The electronic rider aids include traction control system, two power modes, and four riding modes. The motorcycle is built around a steel trellis frame and it rides on 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends. The wheels are wrapped in Dunlop Sportsmax Roadsport 2 tyres.
The 2022 Kawasaki Z900 also benefits from the company’s K-Care package. This package brings an extended warranty and annual maintenance contract for four years to the naked roadster. All previous model year models are not included in K-Care.

A smarter more colorful dash and the safety net of traction control are the only discernible improvements to the riding experience but that's no bad thing because the Kawasaki Z900 is still a superb naked roadster that almost o covered half part in India with z900 you'll love it . the best thing is to design and model.

It's an outstanding bike. For long routes for hyper riding. It provides you this much power which is more than sufficient. I personally like this bike. And it's my aim to buy this bike at home. If you can afford this bike then you have a wonderful chance to feel this powerful machine.

The best buy.. The beast bike.

An amazing machine from Kawasaki and priced perfectly considering its co- model siblings, forget the same livery it is the best in its class compared to other brands in the market at such a price. It would be cheaper if it was to be a CKD but it is a CBU.. CBU's have their own charm (flash memory of unboxing). At first, I thought it could not be ridden in traffic (Mumbai) for daily commute seeing the beast of its specs; however, the machine proved me wrong as days went by it is so nimble and also doesn't give you heatwaves maybe the fan is strategically located hence the hot air does not grill your legs.Initially, the service interval was a year (worldwide it still exists and the same is in its manual) and it was also a reason which amused me but as soon as I got the delivery Kawasaki changed its service intervals to 6 months for India ( you will be personally told at service centers but no correspondence from Kawasaki is out yet though); this makes it now double expensive in terms of servicing costs. Other than this overall a superb piece of Japanese produce.

Buying experience was good enough. Got the motorcycle within the waiting period as given by the showroom.Riding this machine is an absolute joy. The inline 4 cylinder engine is rev happy yet very smooth. The riding ergonomics are also decent enough to enjoy riding at a stretch for a couple of hours. Suspension is on the stiffer side and thus aids to it's great handling. The power is more than enough for Indian roads. You open the throttle and the machine just pulls effortlessly. You can cruise at triple digit speeds on highways all day long.Coming to the looks, this machine always grabs eyeballs at every stop and looks extremely muscular. The coloured tft console is great to look at and you also get traction control and riding modes which i feel is definitely a requirement for a motorcycle of such high performance.Servicing and maintenance costs of this bike is slightly on the higher side but given it's a 4 cylinder and Kawasaki's good service network, can't complain about it.Pros- extremely powerful and refined inline 4 cylinder engine, superb styling, equipped with electronics, great brakes , good engine heat management even at bumper to bumper traffic , offers great value for money.Cons- difficult to manage in traffic , grabs too much attention, uncomfortable for city rides.Overall if you want a naked inline 4 cylinder bike this definitely deserves to be in the top position of your list.
