Kawasaki Versys 1000 [2021-2022] Summary
India Kawasaki Motors launched the 2022 Versys 1000 in our market. The 2022 model is available in the Candy Lime Green colour option and a single variant.
The changes to the 2022 model are limited to cosmetic upgrades in the form of a new colour option. Thus, the MY2022 Versys 1000 continues to use a BS6-compliant 1,043cc, inline-four, liquid-cooled engine that produces 118bhp of power at 9,000rpm and 102Nm of peak torque at 7,500rpm. The motor is linked to a six-speed gearbox.
The feature list on the motorcycle comprises twin LED headlights, a semi-digital instrument cluster, an adjustable windscreen, assist and slipper clutch, 17-inch wheels on both ends, and a DC socket. The electronic rider aids on this litre-class sports tourer include cruise control, Kawasaki Cornering Management Functions, traction control system, and ABS.
The motorcycle continues to use 43mm upside-down front forks and a rear mono-shock to handle the suspension tasks. The braking hardware comprises twin 310mm petal-type discs at the front and a single 250mm petal-type rotor at the back. The Versys 1000 boasts a seat height of 840mm and tips the weighing scale at 255 kg (kerb).

Excellent bike and performance. The suspension is amazing and perfect for the pillion. High fuel consumption. Service is easy to get, and can update and upgrade after-market accessories. Would always recommend traveling around the country. It is top-heavy and taking a short turns is really difficult. Thanks.
