I have given my bike to service for a accidental claim, bike tank need to be replaced, for that aloke I have to wait for more than two months, this is happening in a metro city chennai where as other bike service centres are way more better than jawa worst experience, as they are saying stock is not available as the model is old which I bought at 2024 june.

The bike is truly the worst I have used. In my four years of experience, the first two years were satisfactory, but thereafter, numerous issues arose. It has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend purchasing it. The build quality is extremely poor; at just 28 km, the engine encountered problems, costing around 19k for repairs. Despite regular servicing, various issues persist, requiring weekly visits to the service center.

Only pro is good looking
I have Jawa from 3 years I was able to ride 3000 km only, I hate to even ride this bike
It was good until first service then all issues started
- bike shuts down suddenly while riding
- less and horrible service
- more than 20 spent just for repair
- worst engine
- electric wiring and battery issue
- rusting issue
- low sales and resale vale
Better to go for splendor or tvs excel which is far better then this horrible bike

I bought Jawa class in 2019 but I sold my bike now since then there's a lot of problems with the bike. Like low ground clearance, hard clutch difficulty in riding in cities, high heating problems although with liquid cooling, and hard gear transmission. Above all there the most problem was the service centers. They don't respond to our queries they don't fix the issue with the bike they don't work properly. I have spent 55000 at the service center for my bike in 2.5 yrs of ownership every time there is a problem with the battery, battery coil, wiring, fuse, mileage, etc. I was only getting 23 km mileage per liter. I'm done with the bike now it made me a heavy loss please don't buy this bike without proper checking.

The dealer was cooperative and had a great buying experience.
The bike is crisp on the throttle, and the engine is on the louder side but will deliver when needed.
Absolutely in love with the retro look of the bike.
The service is good if done at an authentic service center, the local garages are not supplied with spares.
Cons:
A bit too loud
The engine is not so refined
Spares are expensive.

Reliability is nill.
Kindly don't be driven away by your feelings about its looks and brand. Nothing is great here. It is simply a misuse of everything.

After-sales service is too bad…..
The resale value is not there.
