Jawa 42 FJ is a cruiser bike available in 4 variants and 5 colours. The Jawa 42 FJ is powered by 334cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 28.76 bhp and a torque of 29.62 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, Jawa 42 FJ comes up with anti-locking braking system. This 42 FJ bike weighs 194.6 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 12 liters.
The new Jawa 42 FJ in India is the more powerful and sporty iteration of the 42 family.
The design, to begin with, has a modern retro theme. This is evident from the teardrop-shaped fuel tank with the brushed aluminium inserts. The fenders are also quite neatly styled with the characteristic Jawa taillight protruding from the rear fender.
Other bits about the design, like the blacked-out engine and upswept exhaust pipes, add to the sporty elements of the bike.
The bike is available in the following colours - Aurora Green Matter, Mystique Copper, Cosmo Blue Matte, Deep Black/ Matte Black Clad, and Deep Black/Matte Red Clad
In terms of features, the bike gets LED lights, USB charger, and a single-pod, digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity.
The Jawa 42 FJ is powered by a 334cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that makes 21.45bhp and 29.62Nm. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch.
The bike employs a steel chassis that is suspended by a 41mm telescopic fork and twin shock absorbers. Braking duties are taken care of by a 320mm disc brake at the front and a disc brake at the rear. Dual-channel ABS comes as standard.
The prices of the Jawa 42 FJ begin at Rs. 1.99 lakh and go up to Rs. 2.2 lakh, ex-showroom. In terms of competition, the bike goes up against the Honda CB 350 RS.

The bike is excellent. I like its build quality. This is my first bike. I had a test drive. I will get the bike in the 1st week of October. The performance of this machine is superb. The engine has been refined as compared to the previous version. So, it can move slowly in 3rd or 4th gear so smoothly without any issue.

The buying experience is amazing & also the riding experience is amazing i took it for long rides the feel I am feeling is awesome too but I don’t feel it is comfee for city rides due to traffic and all & its service is not too costly it cost me around 2.5k average but the look this bike is carrying just say wow.

The way of styling is like it's killing or murdering millions of hearts with its style and look it's like love at 1st sight while looking into it. it's awesome and want to drive through the clouds. Whenever wherever anytime anywhere it's awesome to ride it and while making it ride on rainy days just do it.

Buying is easy, Riding a Jawa is another level and comfort. I thought to buy 42 and now I own 42FjIt's an excellent brand that roars all over India. The colors and its look made me fall in love and its performance was awesome. Jawa is the Dream Bike. Servicing and maintenance is somewhat difficult and I am far away from the showroom. There is no showroom nearby. But the overall experience is good. Still, more tests are pending and after that, I'll update with more experience that I feel. The long ride is the best choice with 42fj and on highway ride is perfect.

My childhood favorite bike and also my dream bike long and short ride vehicle is this everything this bike. Good for hill rides also, and the bike look is awesome, when I cross the road everyone is looking at my bike and me, and someone asking about this. I replied yeah superb.. my dream bike is this and also my 1st bike
