Bought it from a friend who bought a duke 390. So initially thought i got a good deal.

Initially enjoyed every bit of ride. The big bike feel, the twin engine come to life post 5000 rpm and the smoothness and the pull that comes with it. People notice where ever you go and people talk to you at traffic signals and ask about the bike. Now comes the pain part, service cost extremely high, spares not available in showroom, for a clutch cable had to wait for 2 months and had to use an auto cable instead. Any part will cost you in the range of 8 to 18 k. Will really have a bad time servicing your bike, mileage will be around 24 ( depends on riding style) . Only pro id the big bike feel at this price. Either increase your budget and go for big bikes or stay happy with a duke 390 , don't buy any dsk bikes, will always have issues with spares and service. Having a service centre in Bangalore parts not available, think what happens if you go for a tour and bike breaks down, non reliable so.

I am having this bike from 2015. This is one of a kind.On road Stays as its tagline - "Big on road Big on size". if looks , sound , good performance with V-twin engine with refinement & the best quality 250cc is the priority then Hyosung GTR250R is the best 250cc bike available in India. One more thing always keep in mind GT250R is not a overpriced bike because V shaped engines are the most expensive engines in the bike industry , in 250cc segment neither honda nor any brand has 250cc V-twin & you people probably say there ninja 300,R3,Tornado 302,TNT300, KTM 390 are having more powers & most of the listed bikes are having 2 cylinder engine like Hyosung GT250R but those are Inline 2 engines & here GTR is V twin both are different & V twin is always better even Ducati , harley uses V shaped engines. Hyosung gt250r is having the biggest fuel tank within this price segment & having dual disc brakes in the front with USD forks 43mm. Riding posture is very conventional for track, it is the actual track focused bike. use it. Always keep in mind when brands like Suzuki , Kawasaki was absent from India Hyosung was present from that time but very rare from that time because its products are expensive because of its premium products.. Hyosung needs our support for their growth in India. Owners Don't demote this brand because of unavailability of service centre in India & high maintenance cost due to black marketing of spare parts , the actual fault is our DSK not Hyosung , DSK was the only reason why Benelli & Hyosung are running below the competition . Let's see what our kinetic Motoroyal can do for this brand.

I use this bike since 2 years. The riding experience is too good. Because of the 2 cylinder engine the bike stands out from all other bikes. The custom exhaust fitted on my bike sounds too good. The look of the bike is just awesome and it looks like a heavy priced bike. If you are planning to buy a bike within 4 lakhs this is a good option you can consider.

    Inspite of a RR310/fz25/apache200 4v/z250/ninja 300/yamaha R3/ cbr250/ i choosed this hyosung gt250r.
Parts are much costlier. But experience is good. Servicing is cheaper in comparison to all those bikes which are currently on market. Just need monthly checkups & oil changes within 6 months. Twice a year. Break pads you can buy online. Everything is available online.

    1. I bought it from my friend its resale value is not good at all. 2. Riding on highway and tracks makes you feel like heaven you can lean and speed and pick up is also good, its a little uncomfortable riding it in city traffic because of sporty seating position.3. Its a beast in its segment looks are good enough it can won any race in under 250 or equivalent segment looks are damn good and comfortable in long routes (not made touring and cruising).4. You have to service it at 5000-6000 kms. And an average cost for servicing is around 2500? , change your parts like air filters etc. In proper time. You can't find service centre in every city so make sure you have a service centre near you before buying.5. Pros:- good riding quality. good mileage (25-30) for 250cc is good enough. looks are amazing. speeds and pick-up is like a monster 0-60 in 4 second approx top speed around 140 cons:- not good for city traffic due to sporty riding position. no abs(all rivals have abs in this segment).high price.
