The Ultimate Hybrid I’ve owned the Honda X-ADV for six months, and it’s truly in a league of its own.

Living with the Honda X-ADVI’ve been living with the Honda X-ADV for about a year now, and it is hands down the most versatile machine I have ever parked in my garage. It occupies a strange middle ground—half maxi-scooter, half adventure bike—but somehow, Honda has made this Frankenstein concept work brilliantly. The heart of the experience is the 745cc engine paired with the Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT). This is the true game-changer. Unlike a standard scooter with a CVT belt that feels like a stretched rubber band, the X-ADV shifts actual gears. You feel the mechanical connection. In ‘Sport’ mode, it holds gears longer for aggressive riding, while in ‘Drive’, it short-shifts for fuel economy, which is surprisingly good (I average around 60-65 mpg).Ride quality is where it leaves other maxi-scooters in the dust. The long-travel suspension soaks up deep city potholes and speed bumps that would usually shatter your spine on a T-MAX or Burgman. I’ve taken it on gravel trails and dry dirt roads, and it feels genuinely planted. It is certainly not a dedicated enduro bike, but for a "scooter," it is incredibly capable off the tarmac.Practicality, however, is a mixed bag. The under-seat storage is LED-lighted and fits a full-face helmet, but only if you position it perfectly; it’s a tight squeeze. On the plus side, the tech is premium, featuring a Smart Key system and a beautiful 5-inch TFT display that connects to your phone for navigation and music. The negatives? It is heavy. At 236kg, you really feel the mass when pushing it around the garage or paddling backward into a spot. The price is also steep; you are paying premium money for this hybrid engineering.Ultimately, the X-ADV is the SUV of the motorcycle world. It offers the weather protection and convenience of a commuter with the rugged attitude and suspension of an adventure bike. If you can forgive the weight, it is arguably the best all-around daily rider on the market today.

Everything is good, but at places the ground clearance is a bit low, and secondly, it's very expensive, then it's heavy, but once you get used to it will be easy peasy awesome power and comfortable for long tours and mainly it's a headturner and bigger in front of superbikes, it's a big daddy by its look.

The Honda C-ADV is a remarkable blend of style, comfort, and performance, redefining what an adventure scooter can be. It combines the practicality of a maxi-scooter with the rugged appeal of an adventure bike, making it a perfect choice for urban commuters and weekend explorers alike. The design stands out with its muscular stance, sharp lines, and premium build quality that reflect Honda’s strong engineering DNA.

A nice and powerful scooter to get caught attention on any roads no matter cruising, off-roading, or dragging. Best of all and comparing with Yamaha Aerox or other brands on Indian roads it's not worth it cause it's not made for Indian roads in only a few are here to get high performance premium scooters in India.

It's a very functional bike either on city roads or on muddy terrain. You also choose for long cruise but only good for the rider but for the pillion it may be tough to sustain after 200km. It's quite torquey on a pull but a motorcycle person will feel like the heavy machine to ride on terrain. But for a price segment of this bike with an auto clutch, you can feel like having a good value for money.
