Honda Unicorn - Butter Smmoth Cruiser

The 162.7 cc BS6 PGM-Fi engine is the standout feature, known for its buttery smooth operation and minimal vibrations, especially when ridden in the 60-80 km/h range. This refinement is key to its effortless feel during steady cruising.- The "lazy" torque: The 162.7cc engine produces 14 Nm of torque at just 5500 RPM. This is crucial. Unlike rivals that need to be revved high to find power, the Unicorn offers its pulling power very early in the rev range.- The engine delivers power smoothly and consistently, with good low-to-mid range torque, making it easy to maintain a constant speed on highways without constantly working the gearbox.- Mileage: When cruising at a consistent 70-80 km/h, owners report impressive fuel efficiency (around 50-53 km/l), which adds to its viability as a long-distance tourer or intercity commuter.- Front suspension is soft and absorbs most potholes with ease and it comes with single channel ABS which is very reassuring. - While smooth at moderate speeds, We will expect noticeable vibrations when pushing the bike above 85-90 km/h. Stability can also be affected by strong crosswinds at higher speeds due to its light weight. - The Honda Unicorn 160 BS6 lives up to its reputation as a reliable and comfortable machine for effortless, relaxed cruising. It's an excellent choice for riders who prioritize a smooth, dependable, and economical ride for daily commutes and occasional long trips at moderate speeds.

I purchased bike 1 Lakh 42 thousand 1.5 year ago, I am not satisfied with the Honda Unicorn bike; not worth value of money. They need to work on below points1. Headlight Performance is Poor: Very low brightness and weak throw, making night riding unsafe.2. Battery Issue Within 1.5 Years: The battery drained and needed replacement much earlier than expected.3. Self-Start / Switch-Start Problem: Button start not after 1.5 years.4. Colour Fading and Peeling Body paint started to remove and fading within 1.5 years, showing low paint quality.5. I bought a unicorn bike 2 months back. This is not the first time I bought it, this is the 3rd bike. I have only used the unicorn bike since the beginning and there are a total of 4 bikes in our house including my bike. Unicorn means a one-horned horse. This bike also runs like a horse. Honda company is really 100 percent correct in naming this bike unicorn.

All honda bike best and unicorn are all is best bike The Honda Unicorn is a good commuter offering in the 160cc segment. With the 2025 update, the bike now has a lot more to offer. But when compared to its rivals like the TVS Apache RTR 160 2V, the bike falls short in the features department and the update hasn't changed it. But overall, it has an amazing engine with great levels of refinement. If you are looking for a simple no-nonsense commuter in the 160cc segment then the Unicorn is worth considering

I have many other bike but this is awesome. I have been driving this since 4 months. This give me comfort and best mileage. Comfort of this bike is very good in high ways this performance is very very good. The maintenance cost of this is low. I have driven it in high ways and also in city and also in villages this is perfect. But I think the ground clearance is slightly low for village rides.

In little words: it looks like a gentleman, runs smoothly, no noise. This bike is dependable, not for wild performance but like silent worker going on and on.Going with time, it modernized itself like LED headlight, digital meter etc, but it's still the lovable bike because of simplicity and trustworthy.
