Used more plastic in the bike. It will not get covered in the insurance as well if anything happens to the bike.

Don't waste your hard earned money on this Honda shine bs6 bike. Because it has gearbox problems like if you down shift the bike it stucks and makes lot of noise. Bike pickup is average for 2 persons but single riding gives more pickup and performance. Mileage 45km/l in city, 50km/l on highways . Better to buy splendor plus for mileage or pulsar for performance.

I love my honda cb shine because it gives very great experience in suitable price. It is great in mileage,comfort, engines performance, driving and it's very shiny look as it's name. It's all functions work very smoothly and perfectly. It's breaking was amazing. It's front and back suspensions work very good if you will take care of it. It's speed was great. At full speed it's engine not make more noise. The highlight of the bike is its smooth and fast engine and it's shiny look as it's name. It's front and back lights sharp design suits it body. The silver coloured grill on the head light and on two sides was look great. It's seat is broad, long and very comfortable. It's self start function works smooth and fast. It's fuel tanks cap was very easy to open and lock. It not waste your time on the petrol pump. Also it's seat is easy to open and lock. The comfortable seat, fast engine and smooth driving will give you a very great experience on long rides. It is very durable bike. If want to go on very bad conditioned road you can easily drive the bike because it's speed, comfort, suspensions and smooth driving. This bike is good in every thing.

Servicing and maintenance i am using honda cb shine bike with front disk break from 2 years. I am driving around 15kms daily. Recently i completed 15000 kms on my bike.Here i am sharing some pros and cons of my honda cb shine bike bought in 2017.Pros: -Stylish look.Engine sounds good.Comfortable seat.Low maintenance.Nice pick up and road grip in heavy traffics.50-60 kmpl. Cons: -Gear shifting is not smooth.Need to change chains kit for every 5000 kms. Caution: -Keep changing oil for every 2000 kms and servicing for every 2500-3000 kms. However, i have wonderful memorable experiences with my bike.This the best economy bike in 125cc range.Best choice for salary persons and middle age group.Don't forget to wear a helmet on riding.

Buying experience was good, as purchase in cash. Then come riding, I am a comfort loving rider. But this bike cb-shine (2015) never full fill my expectations. It starts vibrating from 30 km/h. Next in 2 years your millage will go down from 65 to 55. Then it's chain get always loosen. I have changed it's chain socket 2 times in 5 year. In service I spent double the bike actually cost. Suspension was started making sounds from 3rd year. But good things about it is, it engine is power full, look is gentle , riding poster is also good, lights are descent .

2. High pricing (96000 disk brakes)
3. Worst suspension. It bounces back. Even a scooty has better suspension than shine.
4. Only basic facilities, dim head light.
5. Low pickup.
6. Weak hardware.
7. Service centre only says bike is ok yet it's not.
8. Only 50 km mileage that any sport bike can easily give with 150cc while shine is 125cc.
9. Louder sound.
Conclusion: do not waste your money in shine bs6. Instead buy a 2nd hand shine bs4 or bs3 if you only like shine or just go for sport bikes like apache 4v or pulsar 125cc or 150cc, or just buy a scooty.
