Honda shine is a best bike.In my experience the bike riding.It is very good and stylise bike and no sound.Service is very good.If you call the customer care the service the service will visit your home and provide service so if you purchase any bike first chose the honda shine.It is good bike from others bike.

I bought this bike from pahadiya honda, patna; firstly i would never recommend this showroom/store(pahadiya honda) to purchase from this store. When i visited the store and asked them for a test drive they asked if i really gonna buy this and after my assurance they agreed for my test drive. I felt bad but to keep my words i bought the bike from that store. After documentation process i drove my home that is approximately 6km away from that store and engine get heated terribly. I thought it may be due to first drive. Next day after a ride of 5km it again got heated too much. I contacted the store and they said it’s normal. But it was not normal. I had splendor earlier and i never face this kind of issue in that model. Also while shifting gear from 3>4 or 4>3 it stuck all the time and that’s a big issue for me as i travel on highways regularly. During service i told this problem but it didn’t get fixed. So i recommend people not to buy this shit alternatively you can choose among hero passion, hero ismart, bajaj pulsar 135/150.

Style 😎 simple no tired feel during long journey, we hade journey by this bike non-stop up to 300 km.

It's a great bike if you are looking for daily commuting. The bike will give you great mileage 50-55 easily without any issue. If you are someone who is looking for fun to ride a bike then don't go for it if you rev it hard you are gonna lose mileage more than 60 kmph the engine gets heated so much and you can feel the vibrations also on the footpeg there should be more refinement in the engine and all 1 -2-3 gears are short but 4 gear is long you are gonna definitely miss the 5th gear as well there should be a proper gearing ratio unpleasing experience after 60 km for a brand like honda it's not worthy. Seat comfortable is great...I have hero honda passion plus also it is 14 yrs old bike but after 55 kmph I feel like the engine way better than honda shine.the bikes are today getting more styles but in build quality and durability of bikes are getting low day by day they are selling their products on the name of the brand only.

Style for simple person its good.

Engine performance, fuel economy and gearbox good pick up, it should have had 5th gear, i never got fuel economy more than 55kmph.

Ride quality & handling ride quality is ok or average since its suspension are not that good to give comfortability and rear tyre should have been of 3.00 Inches instead of 2.75.

Final words i would still say its good bike since it never gave problem regarding any part failures except change of front suspesion rings in 5 years and more than 55000km.

Areas of improvement 1, they should seriously improve on suspension and mileage which will give this bike cutting age.

I got this bike in 2018 on finance but was costly as compared to rivals. The riding posture is comfortable with good pickup but lacks power on high revs, along with weak top-end performance. After 45 km/h I don't like to drive, no confidence to drive on high speeds. Engine is noisy on higher rpm. Negligible vibrations, Brakes are good, but we have to be careful as the wheels can lock on panic braking. Mileage is 50km/l. Looks are good, does not feel like a small bike. Just younger commuter cousin of unicorn. Servicing is cheaper, no problems yet.
Pros : Pickup, looks, low end performance, handling, easy gear shifts and clutch feel, suspension.
Cons : Weak top end (don't expect performance)Mileage is less in rivals comparison.
Basic features/ basic instrument cluster, narrow tyres, visibility of headlights.
Verdict :- Cb shine is good but not suitable for longer rides, highway performance is weak, go for Honda Unicorn or other value for money bikes.

I have purchased on 1st Jan 2021 Honda shine bs6 model. I had a drive of about 1000 km. I hand hero Honda splendour which I used around 11 years. It was comfortable for my hight (5ft3inch). while purchasing Honda Shine I got fear of my hight...but it is very comfortable for even short riders of my hight. very smooth engine start and comfortable while riding ...no vibration and strain on back and thigh muscle. it's a very smooth and comfortable bike. no dought short rider of about 5.2 ft can handle this.. please don't confuse if you plan to buy the shine ..go for it.

This bike is known for its excellent refined engine and great ride quality and is great for daily riders. It provides a butter smooth engine with excellent fuel efficiency and has a five-speed gearbox but the price is a little high as compared to others. 55 kmpl mileage with 10 liters fuel tank capacity. It is very reliable and comfortable and has 18-inch wheels. This bike is solid all around and the paint quality is really good but the Instrument cluster design looks old. Dual channel abs should be given.
