Awesome bike. and make sure you test ride before you consider this bike. A gem of a motorcycle for everything.
    Pros:
    1. Engine (best in sub 400cc long-stroke engines)
    2. Exhaust note is to die for
    3. Fuel tank is huge and so is the efficiency of this motorcycle
    4. 0 vibrations at higher revs make it easier for longer rides
    5. Overall build quality
    Cons:
    1. So far, the rear brakes feel a bit sluggish, and that's my pov because I use the rear brakes a lot so maybe the brake pads might've worn earlier than it's supposed to.
    2. Improper OEM accessories and their service network is a bit of a bummer.

    Jitendra Rathore

The good experience started from test ride where I was riding one bike and there was a demo guy on another bike who was constantly in talking over a walkie (integrated in to the helmet) and guiding me.
It didn't take me long to decide that I have to go for it as ride quality was amazing: power, pickup, gear shift, slipper clutch, dual channel abs, a very refined engine (as expected from Honda) and above all no vibrations.
I have owned it for 1.5 years and rode 3550 kms. No issues, whatsoever. It's a head turner on the road.
One suggestion: A slightly low seat would have definitely added to comfort and visual appeal.

  • Smooth sailing but crappy gearing

    Rohansingh Rajwar

Great experience in everything, but during maintenance, they tell us to Change the Engine Oil in every service otherwise it will affect the Bike warranty (Don't know how much is true). For service cost for me, it was 2.5k for two services (1st service and 2nd service)
Pros:- Great Ride quality, easy to maneuver, great riding posture, pickup, and speed give the experience of both cruisers and sports bikes at the same time.
Cons:- Gearbox! Moving to 1st gear from 2nd it makes a noise like it got stuck in between
Don't trust the fuel Gauge otherwise, you have to push the bike and re-fuel in reserve. Learned with experience, and Lastly, the gears are too tall and have to switch to gear on the speed breaker.

The buying experience was good. I completed 1st service and it was good. Before I had RE Classic 350 for the past 7 years. Usually, I will go on long rides, Even Hness 350 I took a long ride after delivery it was a nice experience. Based on my experience H'ness has a more refined engine and is powerful. Comfort point is best in class. The mileage is also good, I got 40kmpl. I will update here about the mileage after 1st service. The road presence is good, especially the sound beat is very nice when riding in the city. Now only most people have come to know that Honda has this type of bike like Bullet. Because bullet name is strongly registered in people's mind from everywhere. Now Showrooms are increasing, I hope hereafter I can see more Hness on the village roads. Then Con's points will be reduced. I feel this is the best choice I have ever. I'm so much satisfied with my H'ness.

  • Experience the thump of Highness

    Pavan Pothamsetty

I bought the bike from honda big wing showroom located at my city vizag east. The entire buying process was very smooth and comfortable. It has been almost 10 months and riding this bike is a true delight, it has an excellent road presence, retro looks and at the same time modern and classic, thumping sound at exhaust of Honda Highness soothes your soul. The engine is highly refined kudos to honda you will feel it when you shift gears so butter smooth and also to add literally you feel no vibrations during cruise. Decent mileage in city and freeways. The only issue and major con I find is apart for big cities you don't find honda big wing showrooms for bike service at tier 2 and tier 3 towns, this is a major issue. Second I find night riding on this bike is little tiring as the intensity of headlights is low may be BS-6 regulations, but it is difficult to ride long at night on this bike. There is also no kick rod so always ensure battery voltage before planning for a long ride.

Be it buying experience or riding experience everything is awesome in this bike.
This bike has a really long gearing, so you will have to shift gears more frequently but that is never a hassle as the clutch is butter smooth.
Max speed of each gear :-
    1st - 45
    2nd - 78
    3rd - 110
    4th - 125
    5th - 135
The 5th gear in this bike is for cruising and won't make much impact.
Also 90-100 is the sweetest spot for this bike and it can sustain it all day.
About vibrations, what are they? (It's that smooth)

Everything is fine but the gear transmission is a bit tough. Anyway excellent regarding driving comfort and confidence. If little head light develop? Will probably get more visual distance.
And I request Honda to install silencer cover to protect the body parts of kids.
Anyway, I am very fond of Honda Hness CB 350.

  • Almost the perfect bike!

    Nilay Kumar

    1. Buying Experience :
    - Good.
    2. Riding Experience :
    - Very Good.
    - Smooth engine. Can take high RPMs. I like to test this bike's engine's resilience. E.g. I sometiem hold at 45 Km/hr at 2nd gear! It does vibrate, but I love the vibration. So smooth. Also can give 35-40 km/l mileage at this.
    - At 3rd gear, 60 is the sweet spot. (great mileage)
    - Long gearing makes the bike want to hold revs
    - Front brakes are much better than rear (As you expect)
The clutch is light. You'll have less hassle while navigating through traffic in comparison with heavy clutch bikes (RE, Yezdi)
    - The brakes wear out every 5000-7000 km, depending on how harsh you ride the bike. The brakes are good but don't last long.
The horn is good. Dual horn. (DLX Pro/DLX Pro Chrome)
    The headlight is very poor.
    3. Details about looks, performance etc :
    - Looks are amazing.
    - Keep your bikes clean and you'll get rewarded. Often times strangers ask me about my bike. I'm sure they wouldn't have if I didn't keep my bike clean. The chrome on the bike motivates you to keep it clean. Please do so.
    - Can easily hold 70-75 Km/Hr at 3rd gear. So you can imagine the engine's capabilities. Forget about 4th. Most of the time I don't have to use the 4th.
    - Power Gear: 3rd, 4th
    - Cruising Gear: 3rd, 4th, 5th (Depends on how you ride the bike)
    - The 2nd gear can touch 65-70 if you rev hard. The engine can take it. But my advice is that you treat the bike with respect and love. Don't abuse it. Sometimes you can enjoy the power.
    - This bike is made for cruising road presence. Imagine a chrome beast cruising at 80-90 km/hr, being ridden by a good driver, who's wearing all riding gears and seems to enjoy cruising. Don't abuse this bike. This bike was made to be ridden with class and respect.
    4. Servicing and maintenance :
    - Servicing cost is slightly on the higher side. Free services cost me around ₹2000-2200. I haven't done any paid service yet.
    - Just keep the chain cleaned, and lubed.
    - Keep the bike clean (use microfiber cloth)
    5. Pros and Cons :
    - Good performance
    - Good reliability
    - Average servicing experience
    - Poor headlight
    - Good build quality
The fit and finish is also good.
    - Brakes don't last that long, but they are good.
    - Battery troubles have plagued many riders. Change the battery (get an Excide Z7 battery, 18 months after you have bought it. I didn't have to until now, but you might need to)
    - Get the front mudguard accessory
The rear wheel digs up a lot of mud in the rainy season. Cleaning the bike yourself is a challenge. Because it frequently gets dirty. There is no mud flap for the rear tire, so the mud keeps accumulating in the middle of the bike. Ride and you'll see. Just go to a good bike wash.
Overall, this bike is highly recommended. Best in class in comparison with other manufacturers.

    Tips for other riders

Keep the chain lubed and clean, every 3 months. DIY if you have to. You must get an aux light for night rides. Get a good aftermarket crashguard. Honda crashguard will give you a little better mileage, but it doesn't feel totally safe. Get a handlebar raiser (Carbon racing). All this addition will make your bike complete!

Honda crashguard will give you a little better mileage, but it doesn't feel totally safe. Get a handlebar raiser (Carbon racing). All this addition will make your bike complete!

There is also no kick rod so always ensure battery voltage before planning for a long ride.

its a classical theme based bike and so justified with look and performance

    pros
performance, classical look, pick up, daily commuting. touring, believe me its simply awesome

    Putul Tara

it was decided in the morning and the bike was at my doorstep in the evening. i love the bike once done with test drive
riding is upright and very comfortable, non stop ride 250 km and max range drove 770km in 14 hrs. very relax and performing engine
its a classical theme based bike and so justified with look and performance
maintenance cost is reasonable, started 2900/- and now its 3500/- at interval of 6000km
    pros
performance, classical look, pick up, daily commuting. touring, believe me its simply awesome
    cons
    spoke wheel , headlight

  • Simply Awesome

Be it buying experience or riding experience everything is awesome in this bike.
This bike has a really long gearing, so you will have to shift gears more frequently but that is never a hassle as the clutch is butter smooth.
Max speed of each gear :-
    1st - 45
    2nd - 78
    3rd - 110
    4th - 125
    5th - 135
The 5th gear in this bike is for cruising and won't make much impact.
Also 90-100 is the sweetest spot for this bike and it can sustain it all day.
About vibrations, what are they? (It's that smooth)

If you are coming from an RE bike or feel that power is missing, just try 3rd gear. This bike is a beast in 3rd gear.
