It's fun to ride bike when it comes on service and parts availability. It's the worst experience. Parts are not easily available or if available than the price is too hight or expensive and this bike has very delicate parts so buy this bike only if you are living big city or has more extra money to spend on bike expensive parts when needed.

The buying experience was nice.
long ride means the seat has to be changed or an extra cushion is needed.
Performance-wise its brake pads wear out too quickly during the rainy season it does not even last 2000 kms. the rear brake is almost very hard. Also, my bike headlight went off within 10 months and they refused to service it.
service cost is very high.

The purchase experience was quite nice and smooth. Riding is very smooth because of its engine refinement. No vibration at all even at 100 kmph. Looks classy and has a road presence, especially the chrome of the silencer and above the engine.
The only challenge or drawback is front brake pad wears out quickly even at very normal riding. Mine got changed at 3600 km.
Service is also a problem due to its limited service network. Consider this problem before you buy this bike.
Service cost is around 2000-2500 if service is done at their service centre, if they come to your city for service they charge Rs.1100/- as an outstation charge which is very disappointing.
