Overall satisfied.
Smooth riding, decent comfort and mileage, and adequate features.
But there are a few compared to
Lack of navigation support; rare brake is not optimised; if you ride in the city, the headlamp is decent, but if you ride on highways at night, you'll probably need an add-on there.

My bike came in 2020... Yes, the initial lot. I was waiting for the new Classic to come, when I heard about this. No second thoughts, did an advance booking without even knowing how it will look. Got pleasantly surprised when i went to see it for the first time. After a purchase, which included fanfare and Key handover with a dinner. I headed back home. The bike an me have gone a long way since. There was an initial problem which Honda rectified by calling me to the Service station. Some guys from the manufacturing facility had come to inspect. Well after that i never had any issues. I travel in the City and also on the highways, going to my village(300km). It has a reliable character with no stopping or cranky behaviour. My wife was not comfortable in the pillion and i got the backrest installed. She is happy now . It is certainly not for off-roading. Going to my fields, the bike skids. I was advised to change the type of rear tyre for off-roading. But on a highway, cruising at 90 to 100 kmph is a divine feeling. You can go on for hours.... The headlights is good on dark roads, but with the glaring headlights from oncoming traffic, I installed Aux lights to counter the blinding. The bike sits clean on the road, it feels light to handle, and the comfortable seating position does not give you back pain. Also there is no vibration. The Instrument cluster is clean and crisp. Honda has recalled my bike for reflectors, brake sensors, and other small issues that I was not aware of. The service quality has dropped. The dealerships are not the same as before. Their response and awareness of issues,. Over all the bike is GOOD and RELIABLE. These two factors matters the most for me.

It’s been 3.5 years since I purchased highness 350 from Bigwing Palace road. It’s been terrible experience since from the starting itself. I need to replace cone set once in every 8k km run. When I complain this in the showroom, they always revert it back to me by saying that you are washing your vehicle outside so that water is entering inner part. What kind of suggestion is this??? I have seen that so many other vehicles are facing the similar kind of issues in Honda bigwing. Even if you raise a complaint, its totally useless and nobody bothers it and you won’t even notified clearly for closing the complaint.
I’m planning to sell my vehicle with immediate effect. Also i have heard other complaints related to rusting issues too.
Not at all wise choice to choose this vehicle for commuting!
