Bad experience with BIG WINGS ANDHERI

Bad Experience at Big Wings Andheri. Honda should seriously look into this .Sales staff looks overworked and tired. I asked for proforma invoice their printer was not working so agreed to send on mail which never happened and had to go personally after 2 days.Made a down payment and asked for a receipt,I was told accountant has not yet reported for duty.I went there after lunch they asked me to come the next day.Bike delivery was promised at 2pm .I reached at 2.30pm,they were surprised to see me and took the bike for washing in front of me.Gave me an unpolished bike .Honda should really think about HEM AUTOWINGS the Big wings dealer.

The bike is super smooth with no vibration. Braking is really good. The pickup up to 4th gear is very good. Cruising on 100 is a cakewalk. The thump is also very redefined. After 1000 km i dint find any problem with the bike except the missing mud flaps. Overall you can feel the quality of the bike with honda standard. One more issue is the accessories are very limited due to recent launch. The first service cost me rs 950. The MRF tyres help on good road grip. You must need pillion rider cushion as the pickup is on a higher note in the initial speeds.

Just wanted to book re when this cb350 launched, so I went for test riding before book re. After test ride I forgot all and immediately booked it and asked showroom guys when can you deliver it, he said withing 4 days if its Dlx and for the pro-1-month waiting period. Finally, I book and now the proud owner of it. As of now, 390km riding done and till now it's very good in all corner of it. Getting very good mileage when compared with the same segment. Now planning to go long trips.. :) no cons as of now.

It's almost two months now I am riding this bike and right after first servicing I am facing multiple challenges in the bye like vibration, rear break continuous sound, chain noise. Not sure what just happened but all these issues are now part of my daily commute. I I tried everything like escalating it to honda, connected my service centre multiple time but no one helping me. I think I have to live with it now my only suggestion is to think twice before buying this new bike

The buying experience has been ok. Had to continuously enquire with the big wing showroom which has only a limited number of the showroom.Got delivered in a month after booking. The bike has a great visual appeal. It's definitely an eye-catcher. Has got premium retro looks. Build quality is very good riding experience has been great so far. No vibrations and very smooth running. Smooth gear shifting too. Visor ain't available yet so might feel little tired after long rides. Power is average when you start from rest or bottom end but really good power delivery on the move. It is a very good cruiser. Not a good bike for off-roading(even though traction control can help). Mileage 40+ on highways and 35+ in town. Seat comfort is average. Has got excellent brakes. Headlight visibility is average. Service would be a problem due to lack of bigwig outlets. The first service has been good. Cost of maintenance is not so expensive(manageable). Honda not providing a mudflap is a problem. Quickly becomes dirty (especially on engines).Overall a good street bike with great riding experience.

A very nice retro classic bike from Honda. I have been driving 125cc bike and 110cc scooter these days. Now bought this 350cc bike and this is my first entry in the 350cc segment. I have decided to go for RE Classic 350 Stealth Black, but after Honda launched this bike in September, I have immediately booked this online. Had a test drive on Nov 9, the test riding experience was awesome and got the bike delivered on November 20. Look-wise, it looks beautiful and it has the older CB Japanese bikes looks. No need to compare it with RE, highness has its own Japanese bikes genes in it :) Regarding the buying experience its good and Erode Bigwing has taken care of everything. Only thing concerning is the dealer is having shortage of accessories still. When coming to the riding experience, its fantastic, low end torque is very good, retro style handle bar, straight and commanding riding posture, comfortable foot peg position, highly refined engine which is rev happy that keeps vibration levels too low, even in 100kmph speed i feel no annoying vibrations on handle bar or foot pegs or fuel tank, so every thing makes the riding experience a very comfortable and enjoyable all the time. Coming to the gears, 5th gear is only useful if we are on the highway at speeds more than 70 kmph. First service cost came around Rs 900 So if you are looking to buy a 350cc bike, you can take a test ride and you may feel the plush riding experience. Certainly you can go for HONDA Highness CB350 without any doubts.

Hassle-free buying experience from vfm honda bigwing bengaluru. Very easy riding bike even a beginner can learn it within a day or two. Loved the retro classic look of the bike along with the modern technology. Performance wise it's better than the other retro bikes in the same segment with absolutely no vibrations to be felt. I would say the initial pickup is bit slow but that's what we can expect from these retro classics. All the parts are premium and nothing looks cheap. Hats off to honda to make such a quality product at a very reasonable price. Guys i have ridden all the other retro classics and cruisers in the same segment and nothing comes close to in terms of maneuverability and riding ergonomics. Servicing and maintenance cost are also reasonable backed up by honda's reliability. Only con i found is that the in case you have a tall and big built pillion he would feel uncomfortable on the pillion seat after the first 50kms or so. This could be resolved by adding a back rest or by installing the bigger split seat, so not really a con. Thanks honda such an amazing product.

First thing, i always wanted honda to launch a retro bike like this. This bike delivers the best at its price. First i thought its just another honda bike but your a redesign this bike is simple amazing. Its huge and larger than a normal royal Enfield. The first gear feels short and runs out real quick you will rev the engine more but once it goes on 2nd and 3rd gear the bike goes quicker. The annoying era of royal Enfield making a lot of noise should end and this bike have the perfect exhaust note with less annoying thump. You will love this bike in stock accessories. And people who have never ride this bike i prefer y'all to have a test drive it is simply different. So before judging it from photos i prefer people to see this bike.
