Well to be frank, i was sceptical about this bike when i first saw it. It looked small and not so powerful. Boy was i wrong. From the moment you give the throttle, the bike just sweeps you off. It's an amazing bike. Great acceleration. Cant explain the feel of engine refinement. It's just amazing ...Well it's a honda.Pillion comfort is not that great, but other than that, the bike is amazing.P.S. I do not own this bike. I really loved the bike when i first heard its coming here. One day i met a person who rode this to a hotel. I asked him whether i could ride it, he was happy to oblige.

It's just an awesome experience to own a mini Superbike for the first time, it's look is just awesome with modern cafe racer style with old school feel in it.
    Riding Experience :
You can just maneuver it all day long without any pain in your wrist or back, it is the lightest motor cycle in its segment weighing only 147kg.
Power and torque of the bike will leave you jaw dropped. A compact beast completely
    Pros :
1-Looks is Awesome - never goes out of style
    2-Power and torque is amazing
3-Mileage is brilliant with this power ratio and a tag of Superbike still it gives me around 38kmpl to 42kmpl in city and highway respectively
4-Each and every component of bike is premium parts which gives you top notch quality and ride experience.
5-This is not a bike who needs much control, you can just play with it on the move. With such European technology and chassis it's the lightest motor cycle in its segment which is a superb advantage to its customers.
6- A few modifications in looks I have made which turned this bike into a" Baby Beast "
    7-Complete package of fun.
8- Maintenance cost of this Superbike is same as a Pulsar 150,seriously I spent 1500 in my first servicing.
    Cons :
1-Every one can't afford it as its on road price is 2.69 lk
2-Servicing is not available in every district as it's comes under Superbike segment and big wing dealers can only sell this vehicle as well as give service. Normal Honda showroom are not authorized to sell or give service.

If you want to own this bike then just go for it, don't think twice. Very few units sold in India as this bike gives so much premium components at such a cheap price, so it wrongly got hyped as a costly bike but the fact is that it is quite cheaper if we consider its premiumness.

Honda needs to look into its competitors in the Indian market, the competition offers much better bang for their bucks for their motorcycles. For this bikes price, its not worth an investment. I would suggest 390 duke, dominar 400ug, apache rr310,gt650. These bikes provide performance and comfort a bit more for its price. I know honda engines are smooth and refined. But this engine is an old unit, this lc4v engine was debuted on 2013 milan and launched a year later. This was never a new motorcycle engine. No upgrades for this engine had been given for the past 7 years.I will not suggest this motorcycle because of its under-performance. This motorcycle cannot replace the honda cbr250r. Thank you..!

Honda's new entry level sports bike.Honda has started a new wing called honda bigwing.Which is for super bikes.Cb300r to goldwing.Coming to the bike. This is the most premium bike in its segment also looks wise its far better than its rivals. The bike is very powerful and lesser weight than cbr250r and also the the low end of the bike is excellent.Cb300r powers 31bhp which weighs about 143kg.Even a 200c bike like pulsar ns 200 which powers about 23bhp and has kerb weight of 154kg.Now imagine the how nimble the bike is and the power to weight ratio is excellent. Its has many features like imu based abs.Which is first in its segment. Usually seen in superbikes.Honda also provides a ton of accessories to modify. The bike is gem. There is comparison.Butter smooth engine.Reliable bcz its honda.

  • Baby Beast is the Right Name

    Saswat Mishra

    Tips for other riders

If you want to own this bike then just go for it, don't think twice. Very few units sold in India as this bike gives so much premium components at such a cheap price, so it wrongly got hyped as a costly bike but the fact is that it is quite cheaper if we consider its premiumness.

  • Better alternatives for the price

    Aadithya

1 i waited for more than 2 months for this bike to deliver 2 riding experience was awesome i can't explain in words 3 it performed very well but little downside to the rear brake it's not so punchy 4 servicing cost for first service rs 1700 5 pros i have to say about mileage the bike had wonderful mileage it give about 42 to 45 kmpl in highway with speed limit of 70 to 80 and beyond 90 to 100 around 30 to 28 kmpl, very little vibration and butter smooth engine cons down side for gearbox it's not smooth and seat are not foamy u may feel pain on your butt over 50km of ride and all accessories for this bike cost nearly 1lac rs and it's hard to access battery case, very little service center, rust over chain and exhaust with in 3 week from delivery.

1 - outlet for this bike is less so service center will be a issue for some 2- very friendly bike 3 - different from other 300cc bikes modern cafe retro look 4 - service cost is just the same of cb250r 5 - 148kg so light weight so easy to ride. Sound from chain that should be solved.
