    I was trying to get my hands on this bike since April 2018 and finally bought it on November 2018. This is probably the best Naked design in such a budget . Muscular Tank design .
    Pros-
    1- Powerful LED headlamp unit.
    2- Hazard Switch is provided by the company itself.
    3- You get Nissin Brakes but they are too powerful( 90-0 in just 2.7 seconds )
    4- Superb Initial Pull (If you know how to do a Proper Launch , it can easily overtake other competitors from Yamaha, TVS , Suzuki , Bajaj and yes KTM too)
    5- Ride comfort is awesome (Only for no pillion rides)
    6- You get Kick Start mechanism not available in any competitors.
    7- Honda , so a smooth engine .
    8- Carburetted engine . So no worries of completely empty tank.
    9- Superb suspensions. Not too soft not too stiff.
    10- Cheap replacement parts.
    11- Big Reserve tank capacity (Can go about 80-100 kms in reserve fuel)
    Cons-
    1- No rear Mudguards.
    2- No rear ABS.
    3- Chain needs more maintenance.
    4- Top speed is very low (132 tested by me that's even in a 6km stretch).
    5- Ground clearance is not good with Pillion sitting behind.
    6- Gear ratio needs to improve.
    7- Needs a cooling system.
    8- Service is not at all good in Honda Showrooms.
    9- Lack of Kill switch.
    10- Mirror visibility is not good.
    Overall , if you want a bike for daily commute as well as comfortable long rides , It's the choice.

    This bike has a very smooth and comfortable riding experience.

    The looks of the bike is muscular and is a head turner. It feels muscular all around and the x shaped tail light is just wow. Handling and cornering on this bike is a piece of cake. Great seating for both rider and pillion. Performance is ultra smooth with no vibrations at speeds of above 90kmpl. Good breaking confidence with cbs technology. Service and maintenance cost is low.

    cons 1. No engine kill switch.

    2. The chain and sprockets tends to loosen after 25k km and needs to be replaced.

    3. Gets too much dirty in the rain due to the absence of rear mudguard as in 200ns.

    4. No gear indicator.

    5. Pickup could have been a bit more wild.

    Poor bike, not comfortable, bad service, poor company response, heavy to handle, bad service support, complicated bike, spare parts not available.

    Third time i am facing compressor leaking problem in my bike hornet. On 24/8/17, i have to pull it to my place. Mechanic came form hind honda, gorakhpur and booked it for repair and service. On 25th, i got my bike back but the service done was very poor. The engine was not tuned well. The bike is not running smooth. Today i have to go again to get it tuned well.

    I have a hornet single channel abs version buy august 2019 first 300 kms bike create huge problems very difficulty electrical problems are coming service team is very poor unskilled persons he is not rectify the problems are coming again continuously' 800 kms front abs indication blinking continuously this problem reflects front wheel tight' after 1500kms engine compression less so creating starting trouble i will complaint service team and honda customer care team but he didn't take any action ' i have video proofs of this all problems.One positive about this bike mileage is too good ,i am not satisfied buying this bike lot of money waste and safety problems also. i will give 2 star reason is for good mileage and looking stylish bike.

    I write this review after using this bike as a regular commuter for the last 18 months. For me it was an update from a 100cc bike and the initial experience was good. Some minor issues in the bike were more evident once i got used to the bike. If not for these issues, this one could have easily been the best bike in the premium commuter category. The expectations are high when it is from honda and especially when you pay a good premium compared to the competitors.

    To start with the positives.. The brakes are really good (cbs) and the importance given to safety is appreciable though you pay a little more. The control is stable even if you stop in a reflex, i have braked really hard a few occasions and it did not feel unstable. Fuel efficiency is good and is at par with the competition. In regular city traffic, it gives 43-45 kmpl and the tank capacity is also good with 12lit.

    On the service aspect, i would like to highlight that it is not as costly as some of its competitors and the best part is the service frequency- 2 times a year or 6000km after the first few services. This becomes really helpful if you don't have a honda service center in your neighborhood and even if you have one you find it crowded.

    The engine is smooth when you have it in the correct range. It feels best when you cruise at speed just below 60. The bike also looks good- muscular compared to the predecessors. It beats the competition by miles when it comes to looks and stability. But still... I would have preferred to see the round head lamp as it would have been more appealing and different. The rear seat is also plus, reasonably comfortable for the pillion given its sporty look as it.

    The negatives..The engine becomes very noisy when you cross 63 and though the noise comes down after 66-67 it still is not comfortable feel to ride it at this range. I experienced it only after a few months and when mentioned this during the services they were able to tune and get the band sharper. But with time it gets back. I came to know it was an issue with many bikes from user reviews. If this range was pushed little higher, it would have been a much smaller issue.

    The foot peg position is also not ideal for tall riders on the braking side. The instrument cluster is a letdown. It is directly lifted from the older bikes and does not get a gear indicator. The fuel indicator could have had more levels, or made non- linear. Again as most of the reviews indicated no kill switch for a bike that costs 98k. Gear shift is not the smoothest and there are occasions of false neutral that might annoy you. Multiple downshifts are tricky as well.

    Overall.. Though the bike has a good amount of positive facts supporting it, there are a few issues which are not apparent when you check it for the first time. Choosing the right bike is all about striking the balance, you will find facts that displease you in all the bikes. Give more weightage to the features that are more useful to you, consider all the facts and choose wisely.

    Pros:

    The breaks are good in the cbs version

    Fuel efficiency and tank capacity is good

    Service frequency -not as frequent as its competitors

    Engine smooth and ride feels stable-@ its sweet-spot (<60)

    Bike looks good & rear seat usable

    Cons:

    The engine becomes noisy >65

    Foot positioning

    Instrument cluster not satisfactory & no engine kill switch

    Gear shift issues -though not very frequent
