Honda Activa i [2016-2017] Summary
Honda launched the Activa-i in December last year as a cheaper, lighter and more stylish version of its bestselling scooter, the Activa. The scooter carries a several cosmetic changes over the regular Activa, while retaining the engine, dimensions and the platform.
Though Honda claims that the Activa-i is a unisex scooter, there is a hint of feminism around the restyled fibre body. Honda also offers the Activa-i with Combi Brake System (CBS), which offers better braking on the two drum brakes. Other features include tubeless tyres, a maintenance free battery along with an 18-litres storage area under the seat which is enough for a full face helmet. The Activa-i has a comfortable and upright riding position which is good for daily commuting.
The Activa-i is powered by a 109.2cc Honda Eco Technology (HET) engine with CVT, which churns out 8bhp and 8.74Nm of torque. The fibre body has helped reduce the scooter’s weight and it now tips the scale at 103kg as compared to 110kg of the Activa which translates into an efficiency of 60kmpl.
The Activa-i is priced at Rs 48,059 (ex-showroom Delhi) and is available in four colours – white, purple, red and beige.

I've been using This scooter for 10 years as per my experience. It's good and comfortable. Middle-class family giving good mileage 40 kmpl riding is smooth and clones are i. Have faced starting. Trouble in the morning. Over its worth but Honda discounted this production. Spares of the engine are available. Spare parts of the body are not available

Keep battery maintained and good change. Oil every 2500. You will nver face a issur. Ride. 60 kmph. You get good milage

Amazing bike for all purpose and looking also very nice.The new metallic gray color is also very nice.The scooter mileage also very good rather than other scooty .. Sound is very important to me and the sound is very nice. Oil tank and it's key is very good. Space for helmet or other things is very important to all.I am very much satisfied with the new activa-i.

Stunning activa i to ride in any roads

I have booked for activa scooter. When we enquired about arrival of booked activa, the dealer has told about activa i model. So we had a look on its specifications. Satisfied in it. Brought to home within next day itself. Had a good experience with it. It is suitable for men as well as women. Light weight. Good looking. Performance is also super. Especially while taking from slippery surface. Service also good. But the mileage was not as expected. I got around 40 - 45 km/ltr. That only i saw as a cons for this vehicle. All others including looks, performance, value for money is super.

My experience about my dream scooter activa. My buying experience, i can say value for money. When it comes to riding experience u just have to show some love n care like regular servicing, oil check, quick response to minor problems. Change the engine oil every 3000kms, maintain speed of 40-50. Thank you.

First n foremost we should all apply a rule of "handle with care", check the engine regularly, also gear box oil, maintain a economy speed of 40-50. Thank you.

Its the best activa launched by honda and the best thing about this activa is that it has a very nice pickup and excellent design is being placed for activa very good Nice mileage and i had a good experience for this activa i thank to honda so much for this beautiful gift to all of us i loved a lot activa i.

Good in some cases and bad in some cases

It's a nice scooty good for girls specially. I use as daily commuter it is good and easy to ride. It may give problems in long-distance ride but if we ride it smoothly then it is good. Another problem is tank capacity is small but it give 55kmpl which is good at these level. If any one planning to buy then go for it.
