Dream for buying activa. But i am poor family. So not buying this vehicle. I love this vehicle. My friends have activa.It is amazing. Activa ride is very superb. Very nice. Rich looking. Very smooth driving. Seat is very convenience. White color is my favorite color. This ride is very enjoyable.

I purchased it in the yr 2021 almost,1yr completed. While riding even for small bumps the vehicle moves cross to the left-hand side. I told this prob at a service station at sowcarpet "balaji service center" and they said alignment prob. They change a few parts in my vehicle saying it crossed more than 8000 kms. And at last, I suppose to pay 4000/-. But after a few weeks later again I exp the same prob. Now in the service center they say they need to check the front wheel forks and cone-rod...
Overall within one yr, with approximately 12000 kms the so-called new activa needs a few parts replacement and with left-hand side moving prob.

Very poor mileage and quality and performance is very poor. Battery problem is came after purchase of 4 months only. And. I am using Honda activa for 7 years now. It is still in good condition. No major repair done. Riding experience is very bad and riding position is very hard to seat it. More back before then 30 kms then braking system also not good. I got two damage in one month. All most bike is ok power is also good.

Excellent buy, buying was not so difficult because various colors available for selection. Did test drive and was comfortable, no hidden charges.. Simple scooter and very practical. Excellent ride, very light weight, under control when i go within 50 kms per hr.Good looking, excellent mileage, easy to maintain, decent storage space.Service cost may be 500 to 1000 every six months on an average.Pros light weight, good mileage, good looking, available in many colors, easy to ride, less maintenance. Cons: can't go with speed more than 60 or 70.

Hi, just before 2 weeks i bought bs6 125 cc honda.......It is too good to ride...The problem is has the helmet size is not comfortable which was offered by the company for xl size for all type of scooty, but i need it for xs size. So make it comfortable for all size while scooty is ordered from company.

After one year of experience the activa 6 g performance is very poor, please do not buy this.
After 6 months, the gearbox of this activa was very bad sound, but the service center changed the gearbox. But after one month the same problem was created.
One year passed, and the authorized service center is not solved my problem.
Many more times, this is in the service center.

This scooter has another feeling. For it's like a heaven and it's my love. That's all I want say. You should be a better rider to ride this vehicle. I use this vehicle every time and its my part of my life. Now this company giving very valuable vehicle. Thank you.

I must say that activa was a brand to reckon with and this brand has been ruling the roads and consumer's heart since its launch but also I must mention here that off late the quality of spare parts and build quality is absolutely non-satisfactory, unreal and not at par with the competition with other prominent brands in Indian market.
I bought my very first vehicle as activa 6g from dugar honda, kolkata, with high hopes but in a year of its usage, it's been a very sad ride throughout till date. Within a span of a few months of extremely careful usage, I had to visit the service center many times for reasons like the tyre getting punctured too frequently, the smoothness of the ride not up to the mark, and too much noise from the engine etc but the worse came in May this year that a spare part called piston malfunctioned on its own and needed replacement. Due to this, my vehicle was kept for around 10 days at your authorized service center as the spare part was nowhere available which again is a point you need to look into as dugar honda is the biggest dealer in kolkata but didn't have a spare part for replacement and that shows the amount of concern your team has for its consumer.
Again last week a new issue cropped up that the steering ball got damaged which was again replaced.
It's really been a story of dejection for me buying honda activa which I had extremely high expectations of in terms of its built quality and service.
This is not a complaint mail, but a feeling of disappointment and despair of a customer who had very high hopes but received only distress, so activa would be my last honda vehicle for sure. A brand that was once considered an Indian road's best friend has lost its charm completely due to its shabby spare parts and built quality compromised to the highest level possible.
