Reviews of Honda Activa 4G

After doing a lot of research about scooters i planned about buying access 125 but at last moment my brother recommended me to buy activa, as many of people under him use it and these people have a daily commute of minimum 60 km. So i went ahead and bought one from saphire honda in bangalore. I got a paytm discount of 1500 rs and a additional discount of 1000 on accessories from the dealer. I also took extended warranty, insurance for three years , and all available accessories. My on road cost for my ride was 72000. Main reason for buying activa 110 not activa 125 was that i needed mileage. My friend has a jupiter and he said it gave him 38 to 40, so i did not buy jupiter. He also recommended that activa would be a safe bet as it is a tested mule.

So now i had an activa and i started riding it between office and home. Just for your information i have a hyosung comet also, so activa felt relatively light while riding, easy to maneuver in city traffic , and very comfortable but then i started having pain some where in middle of my back. It use to happen every time i rode activa for longer duration. I am 6 feet and weight 108 kg, i thought may be i am to big for the bike but then it stopped occurring as i got used to activa. I have ridden it for 2000 km and got the first service done at 600 km and the bill was near about 350 rs which included oil change cost . I rode the bike @ speed not more than 60 for first 600 km and got a mileage of 42km/liter. After first service till date i drive it between 30 to 60 and m getting a mileage of 42. The ride is very comfortable and really enjoy it . For the cons , nothing much except for the suspension part . The front suspension make a thud sound and are stiff, so if the road is bad, be ready to have a little extra bumpy ride.

Highest speed driven 65

No vibration till the speed of 60

Highest km driven in a single ride 140 km

Get a full tank petrol at 300 rs, fuel gauge reaches red after riding 200 km.

Ride feels composed even with pillion on board.

No change in overall mileage even with pillion on-board

I have bought honda activa 4g since December 2016. My experience with this vehicle are awesome. It has excellent pick-up, telescopic suspension, fog light etc.

In look, not any other moped vehicles can beat honda activa 4g. While in performance, i have no words to describe it.

I am using it from last 9 months and it does not require any type of service or maintenance.

The scotty is very good but there are only one issue of mileage. I feel 1400? petrol till and it's run only 524 km. It gives only 30-35 kmpl mileage and it's not good for goodwill of company because they show 60 kmpl milage in advertising. Otherwise bike is so good no problem in it. Scotty runs smoothly..

Poor mileage i got the bike one month before it gives 30 kmpl only really shocked And front dashboard noise 1st service done service also poor so don't buy the vehicle dealer not giving service manual book also honda is the best bike in India but i really upset in honda. Tvs jupiter is the best bike in India good mileage and good looking i sold my activa bike and buying tvs jupiter.

I purchased this bike on 14th feb 2018 .Its almost 1.5 year ago Pros 1.Smooth riding 2.Not much noise like other scooty 3.Good service and parts are easily available 4.Decent look 5.Good pick up 6. Comfort riding Cons 1. Very bad mileage (35km-40km) i am very disappointed with this mileage. If you want a more mileage scooty/bike ,then don't go for this. Otherwise this a good scooty 2.Self start problem.If you don't ride the bike for 2-3 days (in winter season 1 day) then you will surely face start problem in the next day .(so i usually kick start the scooty in every morning and i make sure to start it at least once in every 2 days . That's why i don't face much starting problem) so finally in my opinion if you are considering mileage then never never go for this scooty .Otherwise you can go for it no doubt.

I have brought activa 4g on 28/07/2017 after searching many scooties in market.Its specifications and engine power impressed me lot.Thanks honda for making a scooty which is quite comfortable and affordable to buyer.I feel extremely proud to myself when i purchased one of the best scooty in india. 1. I bought activa 4g for 65000 from ambikapur with easy paperwork.2. The shockers & seats are very good as compared to price which provide comfortable ride.3. It has a classy simple look, not many curves or waves.4. It service requirements are low and no need to visit service centre too often.5. Good build quality provide a solid feel but it can be more stylish.

First of all, you don't have to inquire about the activa , because its an very well known scooter since the decade , many old scooter are running without any problem, because of its durability and honda is well know in the market for its cars and superbikes also and even when you compare the price, it is very competitive with the other scooters in its category with good mileage. I buy recently activa 4g, the cost is 68150 including all, i am unable to understand why mileage is not good with my 4g. My bike was given to only 35 kmpl mileage in hyderabadcity. I chek the mileage in two times in nacharam, hyderabad, having almost 25 days of experience, and battery charger is very week, on the basis of my present 20 days experience i fell bad, i will give final comment after one year experience,
