It has quite a good range around 95+kms for one charge, that just great for daily commuters & delivery persons with a range of around 100kms.As a portable battery its quite good as we can charge one battery & use another at a time.Overall, satisfied with the range & features for this price range.If you are looking for a vehicle with 90 or 100+kms daily with a reasonable price range, then here comes HERO VIDA VX2 as you desk.

Dangerous safety issue

The vehicle stops automatically in the middle of the road due to a battery detection issue. I am facing unexpected and worst issues with this brand's EV two-wheeler. I have taken it in for service twice with the same problem, but it hasn't been resolved. They say it's a software issue. This is my honest review. Please don't go for this EV.If you don't have a petrol vehicle as a backup and you are depending on this EV, it's a disaster.

Having owned the Vida VX2 Plus for several months, I’ve found it to be a significant evolution over Hero’s earlier V1 models, specifically in how it balances "family scooter" practicality with modern EV tech. The most important feature for me remains the removable battery system. Living in an apartment complex without a dedicated basement charger, being able to carry the 3.4 kWh battery packs up to my floor is the only reason I could switch to electric. While the scooter is legally priced at around ₹1.10 lakh, opting for the Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model slashed my upfront cost significantly, making it one of the most affordable entry points into the premium EV segment.

Look, is so good. Short riders can handle easily. Different modes are available. The app is working well. Breaks are also good. can ride up to 80 km/hr. If plugged in, fast charging 80% charged in one hour. A removable battery is very helpful, which is not available in any other brand. It breaks smoothly. Reverse parking mode is helpful.

Lots of problems with Vida Vx2, brake system is third class, cheap plastic, unreliable software, risky scooter, please don't buy, it was really frustrating experience, they don't care about customers, they are cheating with fake order generation with giving offers, but unavailable to deliver, don't ever try to buy this third class quality scooter.

Not Even worth of single penny, price too high, waste vehicle,range is very very low than expected , don't buy it, worst service centers, suspension too hard, heating issues, water coming to battery , battery is draining fastly, absolutely waste of money, don't ever and never buy it ,go for another brand vehicles even though rate is high for durability and longevity
