From the first day of use, it feels awesome. Good look, smooth ride, unique design, big storage make it SUV. It gives more confidence while riding. Front suspension is not upto the mark. River needs to work on it. 14-inch tyres make it stronger and disc braking makes it reliable. Experiencing a good EV revolution.

Please, Take a test drive after 6.30pm. You can't see any lighting from the scooter. No intensity in head lights very poor lighting. It's a blind scooter..blind elephant. If there is light facility at charging port area is helpfull. Charging port opening door is too big, inside rubber cap to cover the port is not good idea. Rubber cap must be bit harder. Rubber cap must console to door.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my vehicle. It has been 7 days since I raised a complaint, but the issues remain unresolved. The problems are1. A loud sound is coming from both the front and back of the vehicle2. The app is not functioning properlyDespite multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution or proper communication from the company side. The delay in services and lack of response from your customer service team are very disappointing.

First day, first problem — still unresolved after over a month!Bought my River Indie on 05/07/2025. Same day, a strange sound came from the front panel. Service centre told me the cone set needed replacement. Waited 7 hours only to be told the part wasn’t available and had to come from Bangalore. No updates for a week. I had to chase them.A month later, they finally replaced the cone set (after another 5 hours wait) — but the sound problem stayed. Now they said the fork needed replacement. Again, promised in 5 days, but 7 days later — zero communication.This is pathetic after-sales service:Zero proactive communication.Endless waiting.Can’t fix a basic issue on a brand-new bike.If you value your time, patience, and peace of mind — think twice before buying.

Getting a charging issue. Sometimes it will give too many problems to charge even range is not 161, it just gives the range of 111 in eco mode. In 2 months, I'm facing a charging issue that was not expected within 500km run. Better to think twice before buying, also showroom people will not respond properly. Will see after 1st service what will happen. Maker's please take it as a serious issue.

The riding experience and look are good but 80-85km in ride mode is not good and a new model of Indie is providing 161km at the same cost so the company has just used their customers to pick up their sales and advertisement. if they are launching a new model and increase in km they have to provide a price according.
