I purchased a 125cc Honda bike with the expectation of smooth performance, but my experience has been very disappointing. The bike has serious vibration issues, even at normal speeds, which makes riding uncomfortable and tiring. I have visited the service center multiple times, but the problem is still not resolved properly. This is not what I expected from a reputed brand like Honda. The overall build quality and riding comfort are below expectations. I would not recommend this bike to anyone looking for a reliable and smooth ride. Please improve quality control and customer service.

I am writing this review for my father, who has been using this Honda Shine 125 since July 2023. We live in Koppal, and as a farmer, my father needs a bike that is strong enough to handle both paved roads and rough farm tracks.
The Rebel Red color still looks brand new. The best thing about this bike is the suspension and the high ground clearance, which helps when riding on village roads. Even when carrying heavy bags of seeds or supplies, the engine doesn't feel stressed. It starts easily every morning, even in the winter, which is very reliable for my father's early morning farm visits.
The mileage is around 53-55 kmpl, which is very helpful for our family savings. The only issue is that the drum brakes need frequent tightening because of the dust on our farm roads. If you are looking for a powerful and low-maintenance bike for village or farm use, the Shine 125 is the best choice

Bought in 2014. One line to say about this bike is extraordinary because maintenance is only engine oil and tyres. I changed the clutch cable in December 2025. No additional expenses. I will recommend this bike to everyone who likes comfort, elegance and power. I have only one complaint about my bike is no 5th gear. The newer models now have 5 gears. Because it has great power. Fully recommend.

The Honda Shine is one of the most reliable and comfortable bikes in the 125cc segment. My buying experience was very smooth, and the dealership staff explained everything clearly about the bike and its features. From the first ride itself, I felt the smoothness that Honda engines are known for. The engine is very refined, vibration-free, and perfect for daily commuting in city traffic.
In terms of looks, the Honda Shine Disc has a simple yet premium design. The chrome finish, stylish graphics, and strong build quality give it an elegant appearance. The seating position is very comfortable for both rider and pillion, making it suitable for long rides as well.
The performance is excellent for a 125cc bike. The pickup is smooth, and the bike easily handles city traffic as well as highway cruising. The disc brake in the front gives confident braking and improves safety while riding. The suspension is soft and absorbs bumps very well, which makes the ride comfortable even on rough roads.
