The design is another big plus, it looks muscular and premium without being too flashy. The riding position is comfortable, and the bike feels stable on long rides. The Harley brand and exhaust note also give it a special feeling.

Overall, X440 may not be perfect, but it gives something more than just transportation. For me, it's a bike that makes you want to ride it.

My experience with Harley-Davidson India has been extremely disappointing.
If you are considering buying a Harley, don’t just look at the motorcycle, look at the after-sales support as well.
My bike has been waiting for parts for over 5 months, and despite repeated follow-ups and emails, I have received no clear timeline or meaningful response. The lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating.
What makes the situation worse is the service support under the Harley-Davidson and Hero MotoCorp collaboration. If a critical component such as the TCU (Telematics Control Unit) is damaged or requires replacement, be prepared for a potentially long and uncertain wait and visiting harley service centre. In my case, the delay has stretched for 5 months with no satisfactory resolution yet.
Supply issues can happen with any manufacturer, but customers deserve transparency, regular updates, and realistic timelines. Keeping a motorcycle off the road for months while providing little or no communication is not the level of support one expects from a premium brand.
I hope Harley-Davidson India and its service network take customer support more seriously and improve parts availability, communication, and ownership experience for existing customers
