Hero Electric Photon price in Yamunanagar

I bought this vehicle and found that the open charging port, where we connect the charger is showing 80 volts voltage always and it is very dangerous safety point.
Build quality is also very poor, poor plastic used. Very poor quality seat and hinge is also very cheap.
Front wheel brakes got struck from first day due to soft spring, again a poor manufactured part.
Only one thing which is ok, is the looks of the vehicle.
Do not buy this vehicle, wait for some good brands, to enter in this arena.

The services of hero electric bikes is terrible.
Even company officials are least bothered to resolve the problem.
After a lot of follow-ups, just lip service.
Horrible experience.
Batteries are replaced within 10 days of purchase.
Charging issues.
After that within a month, batteries swelled.
Replaced again with a faulty battery in 45days follow-up.
Again batteries give charging problems and drainage problems.
Chasing them for the last 45 days now. No resolution.

Scooty tires are very small which gives an absolutely bad feel. Driving the scooty on the road gets stuck on the breaker. Bounces a lot when it comes to the pit, everything else is fine on a single charge, it runs 80 to 85 km in the local while the company has promised 108 km per hour which proves to be wrong.
