Avoid hero electric and its dealers like the plague!The product breaks down within months and then no one responds. By no one I mean literally they will not pick up your calls. Terrible post-sales service. Let's call it non-existent. Only buy if you can fix electric vehicles on your own. Else let it be.

One of the worst scooter

I have bought photon. This was one of the worst electric scooter I have used .The turning radius of scooter is too much and if you are on highway, you need to go to other side while turning. It's front head light is too big and light is too low. You cannot see potholes or any object from the distance. It is a risky ride and quality is low.

It is bad experience purchase the photon bikeBattery problem replacement time is 30 days Nobody is not responding ( service, shoroom,custmer care also) Very bad experience very bad
