I have an hero electric optima since one year and I am very happy with the performance according other electric scooter and the look of this is very good anyone not judge that this is electric or petrol scooter this have no service and maintenance cost with the performance I am very happy thank hero.

Very bad experience

Shocker breaks on running at a speed of 20. life saved by the grace of God, very bad experience overall, parts durability very poor, the high price of parts, breaks are very poor when we use to break you are not sure that it will stop or not.

Do not buy Hero Electric vechicle

After the sale service is miserable, do not expect any warranty from the company. I am facing a lot of problems regarding the battery which the company has had no solution for the last one and a half months. I am unable to ride without a battery and the company is neither replacing my battery nor responding to any call or mail. I did not expect such services from a renowned company.
