Have owned this vehicle for more than 10 months and used over 15000kms build quality of this vehicle is the worst plastics parts have been used, never by any electric vehicle of hero electric also worst dealer network & after-sales service. It's wasting time to write in detail. Short & sweet, never buy any ev of hero electric.

This is the worst e-scooter they are fooling customers in the name of the hero company product it startup there is no better quality it becomes dead in 20 days and no proper replacement answer from the service center and the vehicle become dead. Hero electric does not reply to anything. They are exploiting the brand hero so do not be fooled by this startup.

Battery inflated in six months of purchase same happened 2-3 new batteries. Company should do something that the battery sustains atleast 1-2 year or 10000 km or may be 500 charging cycles.
The body strength is not worth spending 36000 what I paid as it is very delicate plastic body. Company do not receive phone call or also don't reply mail even. Overall hero could be mismanaged organization.
