Hero Electric Optima price in Ropar

I bought the Hero Electric Optima scooter in May 2022 and have been using it on a daily basis.
Its build quality is poor with inferior quality parts. The charging point stopped functioning after a few months and had to be replaced, it's not working again. Its accelerator broke down after a few months and had to be replaced too. The headlight LED lamp also had to be replaced. The seat lock is not functioning and the seat compartment can't be locked and I am told to buy a new seat lock.
Now, since 4th July 2023, the charger has stopped charging my scooter and on taking up with the local dealer Ms Popular Autocare LLP Panchkula, I am told that since I have replaced the power plug shoe of charger wire, its warranty is invalidated and I should buy a new charger for Rs.4,000/- plus.
I tried contacting Hero Electric's customer care number numerous times but it appears to be a farce as, after a long ringing, it gets disconnected.
Overall a very frustrating experience.

No RC received from last 1 year, bought it from Ludhiana auto, Chandigarh road. Still, no one is responding positively.
Poor service by the sales and service department, no response by the executive.
I have started referring tnr to all my friends and bought 2 tnr for friends..
Worst company I have ever come across.

Nothing is good in this vehicle except a battery vehicle. All the vehicles have r&d problems not made with any research, just picked from any Chinese co and sell it, rather buy a typical Chinese one all 15k less price. Cruise automatically runs at any speed without any command for your need. Horn & indicator positions are wrong while driving you have to search for horns. The meter always reset without any notice. You never get your trip's exact details. The odometer shows the wrong reading ( excess reading ) of your trip 10-15 % excess reading. Many more errors.
