Very bad experience with the hero optima electric bike, within the 1-year crack, come into my bike, and slowly every part of my bike broke. I suggest everyone please never ever buy any electric scooter from the hero. Hero cheats our money takes the full amount and gives us fake bad quality products.
I want hero to change my bike or refund my money.

Very bad quality body parts after a single brake the front brake was broken and very bad shocker all oil come out from there and without any touch, the body lock is broken the parts are not available in the market so I can not fix it the large, rest portion broken in one-month use body part is not strong.
