The bike of hero optima is very good & smooth. It is easy to carry and easy to handle to every one. It is save fuel and saves our environment and also save our greenery. It's look are so pretty & stylish. I want that every one should buy an e-bike then our environment will be totally pollution free, so i suggest every one to try this bike.

Very poor service

I bought Hero optima on 8th sep. 2021. I was told about 3 years guarantee of battery, motor & controller. Now my bike controller is not working & I left that bike at the dealer shop 8 days ago. Still, i did not get it back. & the dealer is not giving any satisfactory answer. The quality of services is very poor. I never recommend buying it.

Battery dead in 20 days of purchase no reply from service center vehicle become dead

This is the worst e-scooter they are fooling customers in the name of the hero company product it startup there is no better quality it becomes dead in 20 days and no proper replacement answer from the service center and the vehicle become dead. Hero electric does not reply to anything. They are exploiting the brand hero so do not be fooled by this startup.
