After purchasing this bike I thought this was my big mistake in my life. I'm really fed up. Service is very bad and products are not available like battery etc. I think the Company is not able to sell its product.

Rubbish material used in hero optima scooty

I purchase this bike couple of days before in two days period its wheel's material getting broken and destroyed. Its horn is far from hand grip. The toy is better than this bike. Although its speed and shape are elegant. The battery indicator needs some improvements. At least good quality material should be used. Don't try to be a fool.

Amazing scooter from hero

I have an hero electric optima since one year and I am very happy with the performance according other electric scooter and the look of this is very good anyone not judge that this is electric or petrol scooter this have no service and maintenance cost with the performance I am very happy thank hero.
