Here are the pros and cons after driving this bike for 5000kms in 6 months.
Pros
1. Good mileage of 55-65 on one battery
2. Battery is light and removable with an extremely low running cost which is the biggest pro.
3. Cost is 90k approx for dual battery bike with 120 kms real range top speed of 45km/hr.
Cons
1 Brakes are not as effective. Feels like cycle brakes. They make a clicking noise when pressed hard.
2 The bike has a very low ground clearance and will scrape on all the speed-breakers. The service center Autonex in Mumbai claims that the below is just a plastic cover for water protection and will not damage the bike.
3 Plastic body strength is very poor as plastic panels are damaged. I have noticed that the front mudguard and side panels below the foot are damaged in almost all bikes used for more than 6 months including mine. Plastic panels are damaged in regular driving without impact.
4 Odometer fails to display battery charge in volts. I estimate my battery usage on the basis of 55 kms from my last full charge. Also, there is no range indicator as to how many kms can be driven on the battery. Odometer resets itself to zero on going to 5000km
5 The buttons for reverse and cruise control separately added by the company are of low quality and fail to work most of the time.
6 One of my batteries has started to give me 35 km range and is sent for replacement within 6 months. They usually take 25-35 days to replace the battery which is unreasonable.
7 It makes a rattling noise when it goes in potholes. Both from front and back.
8 There are frequent issues with electronic circuits due to which headlights and other components do not work sometimes.
9 seat is rigid and uncomfortable for long rides. There is a ridge on the seat which make it very uncomfortable for riders with 6 feet of height.
10 side bodyguards are priced at 5000 which is not worth it. Avoid it if possible.
11 service center service cost is 500-600 which is high considering there is only brake cleaning and washing.
Overall the bike is okay if you have a low budget and want to charge at home It has a negligible running cost if you are switching from Petrol. However, after you purchase this bike after regular use you will feel that it is just an assembled Chinese product and no research or testing has been done on bikes before selling by a company that has experience in making cycles and is now experimenting with electric bikes.
Their product development team and service centers have a long way to go.

Service for Battery exchange is very slow because I got my battery after 6 months of buying my bike and Sometimes my charging is a problem sometimes my one battery of dual battery doesn't show when I ride and the main thing is that Display problem that up down or blinking I am dissatisfied with buying this.

Purchasing Hero Optima CX scooty was an awesome experience. Starting at the point I entered into the dealer’s shop, it was all smiles and a lot of professionalism that set the mood for everything.
One thing that impressed me about the salesperson was how well-versed they were in all aspects of Optima CX including its benefits. In doing so they took time to learn my needs and preferences. They were patient as they clarified everything for me and provided some insights on what would help me make a good choice.
Riding Optima CX during testing felt great because of its smooth-running engine and comfortable seat. The moment you press the accelerator, this bike gives you instant torque with ease owing to its electric motor while seating ergonomics take care of your sitting position. Riding it over uneven pavements convinces me even more about its sturdiness.
The salesman also helped me with different money transfer options so that my purchase could be easily without any difficulty. They told me about warranties and post-sales services, making sure that nothing was worrying me regarding the dependability of this investment.
In conclusion, riding out on my brand-new Hero Optima CX made me feel proud and excited beyond words.

Smooth riding. Cool look. Maintenance of trustable brand. it's worth buying. I bought it almost 1 year ago. Its battery is just good.it is very silent. Its looks are not great. It has a very low maintenance. It has a very good range and speed. Its ride is smother than other electric vehicles.

Worst buying experience. Back pain due to riding this vehicle. Toys like look a waste of money and poor performance. No servicing just a few oil drops. The only pro is you can sit on this bike. Cons are limitless if I mention them here.

The company simply says they will send it soon, 1.5 months is not enough to fix the control issue. The customer care team gives simple copy-paste replies. No escalation matrix, Parts are not available. Worst after sales. The fraudulent intention of the company.

I selected my OPTIMA 2.0 after a test drive from Niya E-Bikes Thiruvananthapuram at Pallichal and I am very happy with my scooter and overall experience. The most beautiful thing is it's a no-maintenance cost vehicle simply enjoying the ride, took only 4 days for delivery at the Trivandrum showroom.

Super economical bike with good mileage and service in Coimbatore region is very excellent. The after-call service enquiring the service improvement and also fixing any issues at a cheap cost is the best in the industry. 3 services have been done and so far spent just 150rs for service. Great comeback hero Electric in the Coimbatore region.

Pros. -less costly for city ride
Cons- low speed-need to increase speed limit comparatively to another vehicle, high maintenance charge, ridiculous after-sale service from company side. If you are mailing them they are not replying to anyone. The company should take the initiative to avail extra motors and batteries at the distribution point because a warranty claim on battery takes a 20 to 25 days.

Don't be over charge the battery, because a battery warranty claim takes 20days, if you have a other bike then it is manageable, if not then how to do your every day work where it's required, & no distributer person will not help/ take extra effort in this matter. Very pathetic after sale service.

Service for Battery exchange is very slow because I got my battery after 6 months of buying my bike and Sometimes my charging is a problem sometimes my one battery of dual battery doesn't show when I ride and the main thing is that Display problem that up down or blinking I am dissatisfied with buying this.

Truly incredible exploits: my journey with the Hero Optima CX Scooty

Purchasing Hero Optima CX scooty was an awesome experience. Starting at the point I entered into the dealer’s shop, it was all smiles and a lot of professionalism that set the mood for everything.
One thing that impressed me about the salesperson was how well-versed they were in all aspects of Optima CX including its benefits. In doing so they took time to learn my needs and preferences. They were patient as they clarified everything for me and provided some insights on what would help me make a good choice.
Riding Optima CX during testing felt great because of its smooth-running engine and comfortable seat. The moment you press the accelerator, this bike gives you instant torque with ease owing to its electric motor while seating ergonomics take care of your sitting position. Riding it over uneven pavements convinces me even more about its sturdiness.
The salesman also helped me with different money transfer options so that my purchase could be easily without any difficulty. They told me about warranties and post-sales services, making sure that nothing was worrying me regarding the dependability of this investment.
In conclusion, riding out on my brand-new Hero Optima CX made me feel proud and excited beyond words.

Keep getting the service done on time and drive carefully while riding. And if you go out for riding, fully charge the scooter and keep an eye on the battery indicator while riding and always wear a helmet for safety, not to avoid the police.

The experience was good.
Smooth riding. Cool look. Maintenance of trustable brand. it's worth buying. I bought it almost 1 year ago. Its battery is just good.it is very silent. Its looks are not great. It has a very low maintenance. It has a very good range and speed. Its ride is smother than other electric vehicles.

Worst buying experience. Back pain due to riding this vehicle. Toys like look a waste of money and poor performance. No servicing just a few oil drops. The only pro is you can sit on this bike. Cons are limitless if I mention them here.

After-sales Service is very bad. Don't buy any hero Electric vehicle waste of money. 1.5 months over yet the company has not sent my control. The company simply says they will send it soon, 1.5 months is not enough to fix the control issue. The customer care team gives simple copy-paste replies. No escalation matrix, Parts are not available. Worst after sales. The fraudulent intention of the company.

I selected my OPTIMA 2.0 after a test drive from Niya E-Bikes Thiruvananthapuram at Pallichal and I am very happy with my scooter and overall experience. The most beautiful thing is it's a no-maintenance cost vehicle simply enjoying the ride, took only 4 days for delivery at the Trivandrum showroom.

Super economical bike with good mileage and service in Coimbatore region is very excellent. The after-call service enquiring the service improvement and also fixing any issues at a cheap cost is the best in the industry. 3 services have been done and so far spent just 150rs for service. Great comeback hero Electric in the Coimbatore region.

Pros. -less costly for city ride
Cons- low speed-need to increase speed limit comparatively to another vehicle, high maintenance charge, ridiculous after-sale service from company side. If you are mailing them they are not replying to anyone. The company should take the initiative to avail extra motors and batteries at the distribution point because a warranty claim on battery takes a 20 to 25 days.
