They were patient as they clarified everything for me and provided some insights on what would help me make a good choice.
Riding Optima CX during testing felt great because of its smooth-running engine and comfortable seat. The moment you press the accelerator, this bike gives you instant torque with ease owing to its electric motor while seating ergonomics take care of your sitting position. Riding it over uneven pavements convinces me even more about its sturdiness.
The salesman also helped me with different money transfer options so that my purchase could be easily without any difficulty. They told me about warranties and post-sales services, making sure that nothing was worrying me regarding the dependability of this investment.
In conclusion, riding out on my brand-new Hero Optima CX made me feel proud and excited beyond words.

I brought this scooter last month and after one month all displays of bikes have gone blank no spare is available at the nearest dealer. Also, I have not received a subsidy after one month. Please do not buy any hero electric vehicles. Hero electric customer care also does not respond well on call and does not know about anything for customer related quires.

I am writing after one month of using a single battery scooty. Pros: best for riding in the city. Good pickup comparable to my activa but a bit lower. Good shocker for a bumpy road, good headlight, amazing looks, gives 70% of claimed mileage in city traffic. Attractive price compared to others. You should recover your scooty cost in 20000 km and the battery replacement cost in another 7000.
Cons: delicate plastics, less leg room, low boot space in dual battery, the seat has a bump separating the pillion which is uncomfortable, I got it covered with foam.
