Please do not buy this ev. Bought hero optima cx in September 2022, and since then it has never given more than 45kms per charge. It is well below claimed mileage. Body stability is also bad. Did not expect this from the hero. It is a waste of money.Riding is also not comfortable. Overall bad ev bike even at this price. Could have been much better.

This bike is having reverse problems, the display does not show the correct information. The motor sounds irritating. Every time needs to off-on mcv, then only it starts & even has a pick-up issue. Never buy this. The battery power supply is very poor so when I checked with the service center there is a battery issue.

Worst buying experience. Back pain due to riding this vehicle. Toys like look a waste of money and poor performance. No servicing just a few oil drops. The only pro is you can sit on this bike. Cons are limitless if I mention them here.
