Smooth running on bad road also, engine power is superbGood for locality used , if you go on long routine check battery charging and carry your charger.Nice and modern looking smooth and dashing look as like bike looks.Low maintenance charges compare to petrol scooter/motor cycleOverall good in short distance.

I bought an hero electric nyx cx er model scooty ,eight months ago and I am extremely dissatisfied. Not only is the battery malfunctioning, but the tire has also developed a dangerous bubble. These issues, along with the previously mentioned wobbling, have made the ride uncomfortable and risky. To make matters worse, the customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing this product due to its unacceptable quality and lack of support.
