I bought an electric scooty eight months ago and I am extremely dissatisfied. Not only is the battery malfunctioning, but the tire has also developed a dangerous bubble. These issues, along with the previously mentioned wobbling, have made the ride uncomfortable and risky. To make matters worse, the customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing this product due to its unacceptable quality and lack of support.

Very worst service. all service take very long time .motor warranty take above 100 days. periodic service takes 10 days. I bought a bike 11 months ago. but now the bike has been 68 days in the service centre .hero Electric bike is simply a waste very the worst service in all Hero Electric service centres.

4. Worst dealership in chennai thanya motors doesn't buy the vehicle there is no proper service support.After-sale support is very worst.5. The dealership moto payment, they don't give proper service for the vehicle.The hero electric vehicle is not a value money vehicle, better purchase another brand vehicle that gives an extra feature than this vehicle.The hero vehicle is not worth it.
