I bought an electric scooty eight months ago and I am extremely dissatisfied. Not only is the battery malfunctioning, but the tire has also developed a dangerous bubble. These issues, along with the previously mentioned wobbling, have made the ride uncomfortable and risky. To make matters worse, the customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing this product due to its unacceptable quality and lack of support.

Servicing and maintenance:- very bad attitude from dealers(Trissur). They are only for sales, no need to her any complaints from customer. Now a days not picking calls. Very worst service. all service take very long time .motor warranty take above 100 days. periodic service takes 10 days. I bought a bike 11 months ago. but now the bike has been 68 days in the service centre .hero Electric bike is simply a waste very the worst service in all Hero Electric service centres.
